No refund after accidentally paying twice
After receiving a reminder to renew my policy Which I was happy to do, I paid with my current account card however there was an auto renewal against my credit card where payment was also taken.after completing an online form (which states this is the only way I can communicate with them to keep costs down) I have received no acknowledgment from the company and guards what ? No refund.

This is the first time i have purchased with Direct Travel.
This is the first time i have purchased travel insurance with Direct Travel. I was very impressed with the person i spoke to. She went through everything in a very professional but friendly manner answering any questions i had. The quote was what i expected to pay. Very impressed.
