Very easy and quick to do and very competitive price.

Information given about buying insurance was very clear. The problem is the waiting time before an agent answers the phone.

Helpful and easy to deal with. Everything was explained fully to me, and the representative answered all my questions in a polite and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was struggling with what to answer one of the questions went online so as not to answer question wrongly decided to phone. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and we run through everything and now have my travel insurance.

Received an email from Direct Travel saying easy to book i then proceeded to book, it was easy and quick and price was very competitive.

Simple enough to use on-line. But did need to phone to answer a query which proved to be useful and the person on the helpline was was very friendly.

Excellent service. BA altered my flights to Thailand to Qatar airlines. This meant my return flight date was now later arriving at Heathrow on 27th April instead of 26th April. I was assured that there were no further charges incurred. The advisor was most helpful and reassuring. I would use Direct Travel Insurance again.
