Purchases and paid for online Saturday morning before flying on Sunday Great price However realised I had input the date of birth of one of the travellers incorrectly completely my fault Tried to call direct travel to rectify mistake as no option to amend date of birth online Was on hold for over 1 hour first attempt not answer Opted through automated service to have someone call back No call received Tried to call again on hold another 2 hours still no answer Had to buy another policy Shocking customer service
