I had no trouble booking it. It all went smoothly. The proof of the pudding is if anything goes wrong and I need to use the service (God forbid)

I have not used direct travel insurance…
I have not used direct travel insurance before, but will be using them again. They give a very good overall cover package, with value for your money, and when I asked them to contact me, someone did within two hours of my request , You cant ask for more than that.

I bought a policy online then realised I’d forgotten to add a medical condition. I emailed immediately. I received a reply next morning. I then rang and spoke to an adviser. Very helpful and knowledgable. Problem sorted in minutes.

I would rate Direct Travel first class
I would rate Direct Travel first class. Very easy to navigate and options were offered that aren't on other travel insurance companies. Prices were also excellent. Highly recommened.
