Competitive price for our travel insurance but did not like that you have to phone to complete a purchase. I don’t understand why I could not buy my policy online instead of going through a twenty minute phone conversation. Another annoying point is the £2 admin charge for purchasing the policy. Why should there be an admin charge, just another way to fleece customers.

Relatively easy to use wanted 8 days cover only choice 7,10,14 days so had to book for 10 but should be all good

The on line service is efficient and clearly laid out . I purchased premium annual insurance and this covers me for 30 days for one trip which is useful and what I was looking for

The web site using a Samsung android phone is very frustrating. Entering info and selecting radio buttons doesn't work properly. I had to double click the buttons for the choice to be accepted. Then when I wanted to scroll up it would "edit" the info again and I had to select again. Because of above it timed me out while paying and I had to start again. The adding of medical conditions is good once I worked out how to save my info and scroll through the pages of info. Otherwise a good site. Maybe doing it on a laptop would have been quicker. Thanks

I had taken the policy out on line, I thought they would be o.k; due to them being on go compare, it started out ok; until I tried to open the link to download the documents, the tab wouldn’t open; so I sent an email, this immediately bounced back; stating the email address didn’t exist; I looked on the email I had been sent; and it said they were open till after 4; and it was early lunchtime; so I phoned the number. The answerphone message said the office was closed and doesn’t open Saturdays; I was starting to have doubts; so I googled their reviews…Really started to get concerned; so I phoned the sales; cancelled straight away; waiting the 3-5 days for a refund
