Very easy to take out insurance online - covered under 18 traveling without family and with pre existing medical condition. Reasonable price. Got documents quickly and a text with the number if a claim was needed. Unfortunately we had to cancel the insurance as not needed and was really impressed with how quickly they responded. Got an immediate email reply to my cancellation request and the refund was back in my PayPal account the next day.
Dont touch them with a bargepole if you actually want a travel claim paid out. Their subcontractor CSA EM claims solutions seem to work on the basis that they write an email every 6 weeks asking for information they already have and then ignore the answers. Noone answers the phone and responding to their 6 weekly emails gets you nowhere.
