Very Easy and excelent value
I needed last-minute Travel Insurance. This was the best value policy and only took a few clicks to buy. Documents were emailed immediately. Excellent service!

Fine but not great
The process was ok but I found the young advisor patronising. Website wasn’t working, it wouldn’t allow me to add any medical conditions at all. She wasn’t interested, was not going to feed that back. I did eventually get a lower price than quoted which to her credit I couldn’t have otherwise done. All in all ok but the service was definitely lacking in charm.

Excellent Customer Service on initial…
Excellent Customer Service on initial phone enquiry and an offer of 15% discount if purchased online - site was very easy to navigate and reasonably priced compared to other travel Insurance companies - hopefully they will still be a 5* company if an emergency ever occurred whilst away
