Omg, I spoke to the most helpful lady called Kelly. She was absolutely amazing helping me to sort my holiday insurance out as i've not travelled abroad before. She answered every question I had and explained everything and I didn't feel that I was being a nuicence or "stupid" for some of the qustions that I asked. Just from my experience yesterday I would always use this company now, I wouldn't even bother to compare as their price actually came out cheaper than quotes that I had been given that would not cover me medically, and this covers me not just medically, but for everything else that I need for my holiday as well.
