The Insurance was easy to buy and the web site was easy to use, seems good value

I found a good quote from Direct Travel on a comparison website. They appeared not to load the premium as my partner has a pacemaker - which makes her a good deal more healthy than most. The process of form filling was quick and efficient. Good value.

On your direct site with 15% discount the product was £17 more expensive than going through a comparison site!!! Ridiculous. Also it kept swapping the travellers names so the medical conditions were listed against the wrong people and would not let me change them.

First of all thank you for competitive travel insurance however a number of the online questions do not give you a very clear picture of a medical condition. For example I had a cardiac arrest some eight years ago and was given stents but have been fine ever since - why is this fact not asked? Also the query about being able to walk 200m without being out of breath - surely a more greater distance would be more significant? I just feel that this area needs to be addressed (by all companies) to make it clear how able an individual is.

After looking for travel insurance for a week all around the £200 mark, theirs came up at nearly half - very happy. We will wait to see if it is needed and how well we are treated if we need to claim...
