Purchased a travel insurance from direct travel but uses CSA settlement to handle claims
Purchased a travel insurance from direct travel via compare the market. I had to make a claim but this company uses CSA settlement Ltd to process claims. This company is a nightmare, does not answer emails, phones. Now over 2 months and still no settlement for a very simple claim
