I've used direct travel for years and always been happy with them. Had to contact them as my holiday had had to be cancelled and they were really helpful supporting me to transfer my insurance to the replacement location which I didn't realise was possible

I used the phone to renew my insurance. The automated introduction was reasonably quick and easy to follow, taking me to a very helpful and polite lady (Kelly I think was her name). Due to my age (76) there were some changes needed to the policy but she explained and sorted all of this and answered some questions about future cover. Overall the best experience I have had in sorting things out over the phone. I was almost sorry when the call ended. Thank you.

Yours was best price. I had trouble paying which appeared to be 3d authentication issues, but even after sorting this with my bank I still couldn't pay. I phoned and your assistant was very helpful. I payed ok on the phone.
