Mid priced policy covering medical conditions
I spoke to two agents about my policy requirements and both were very friendly and efficient as well as patient. Insurance is increasingly expensive but this provider was midway when it came to cost and provided the cover I needed for medical conditions. Overall I was very happy with the service provided.

The staff are so special
Direct travel the staff make you feel comfortable and go through the questions of the insurance so calmly while making you smile and raise your eyebrows at the same time I enjoyed getting my insurance for my holiday and always return to direct travel

Easy purchase.
This review is based on my buying travel insurance from Direct Travel. I haven’t travelled yet. So, this was the cheapest option for me and it met my requirements. Purchase was simple enough and my policy was sent immediately via email.
