Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Really disappointed. After spending close to £3000 with Dino Decking I was looking forward to getting the material and decking fitted. The first five decking boards were fitted before concerns regarding the colour were raised. Had they sent out two different colour by mistake? No, it turns out the first set of boards fitted were completely covered in some sort of 'grime' which couldn't be removed, not that dirty boards should ever be delivered in the first place. I then spent the rest of the day sorting through 90 odd decking boards, separating the dirty and clean ones. I can only think that 1) these are returns from another customer that have been re-sent out without being checked or 2) these have been sat around in dino decking storage in an appalling condition. Why these were then mixed up and hidden with clean boards is beyond me, looking at the pictures posted did you not think anyone would notice the difference? Bonus star given for a quick initial delivery, however looking forward to getting these replaced ASAP.

Sample package was free and extensive, got six samples in colour range and made it easy to chose right one for us. Delivery man Alex went over and above in helpfulness (his a keeper) the end result Is worth the money and effort transformed out garden.

While I appreciated that the delivery driver informed my husband of an estimated arrival time, the actual delivery experience was very disappointing. I had placed a large, clearly visible note on our front door addressed to the driver, requesting that they call me upon arrival (with my phone number provided). This was to ensure I could give clear instructions on where to offload the decking safely. Unfortunately, this request was completely ignored. Instead, the driver offloaded all the decking at the very front of our large driveway, fully exposed to the main road into Brighton. They left without making any contact with me, and there was no opportunity to check the goods or confirm delivery details. As a result, I had to stop my work and manually move all the decking to a safer location to prevent potential theft. This took over 40 minutes as I was alone and the boards are 4 meters long and quite heavy—I could only manage one at a time. This is not the level of service I expected, especially for a delivery of this size and value. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future deliveries are handled with greater care and communication.
