Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

We sent off for a cladding sample and all I really expected to receive was a single small cut off plus say a colour chart. Instead I receive what looked like two very expensively put together sample boxes of two grades of cladding, each containing very neatly packed samples of every colour they do. I was very impressed by not only the excellent quality of their sample pack but also the robust quality and finish of the samples themselves. Their response to my request for a sample was quick, as was a follow up email offering to quote for a cladding supply against my measurements. Excellent service and an outstanding product. Well pleased with their service so far and highly recommended if you are casting around wondering who to approach for either composite cladding or decking.

I live in the North of Scotland so I paid a consideable amount for Dino delivery. I then found that I had underestimated and had to get more boards. Dino Orders desk were going to charge me £360 again for jusyt 2 boards. They did send 2.2m edging strip by Parcelforce at a cost of £30. I asked them to cut the 2needed boards into 2m sections and send by parcel force. However this seemed to be too much for them to cope with. Very poor customer service!

Excellence in all areas. Sales really helpful, especially when I made a mistake and also when I could not follow the online ordering. Delivery fast and well communicated. Delivery staff very polite. The concrete post channels appear to be much more substantial than competitors.
