Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I placed an order over the phone specifically stating that we needed 6 of the posts we ordered to be the larger ones (2.4m) so it allows for 2ft of post in the ground. I was told this was not a problem. However I arrive on site to find all of the posts delivered are 1.8m therefore not the right posts. I ring up to get these swapped over and am told I need to pay £306 in total to get these changed over. The team at dino decking even admitted it was a mistake on their end however I am still expected to pay the difference. I advice everyone to stay away from this company unless you to want the wrong materials delivering. I now have wages for 3 people to pay for a day that they couldn’t do anything as the wrong materials were delivered. 0 STARS, definitely AVOID.

Items arrived damaged. Delay waiting for replacements. Fixings also missing when order delivered. More delays waiting for them to arrive. Couldn’t use joists and had to build timber frame due to delays. Restocking charge and no help with returning the joists so stuck with them! Outrageous delivery charges if you need additional materials - £120 charge on top of £400 second order! Wouldn’t use again.
