Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

From ordering to delivery, can't fault the service. Even when I had a query, I spoke to a human not a machine, there's a novelty these days. The product itself is top quality and so easy to fit, throughly recommend Dino Fencing to anyone who wants to replace their old one.

I had to buy a 100 fitting for the first board, when I only needed max of a 20, for first and last board. Also quoted 400 hidden fitting and only needed 200.
