Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Avoid this company, customer service shocking we have just put down new decking and the colour of the boards are different,rang up customer service they were no help at all not willing to send new boards all the same colour. Now the decking is down I can already tell it is cheap rubbish and won’t last long.Aleady some of the board are warped. Please people don’t waste your money spending it at this company,use a reputable company what doesn’t sell cheap crap.
