Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

Tate McCarthy, property manager at Dexters in central London has been extremely helpful to me. She has liaised with my tenants about their requirements and recently ordered new furniture which was needed. She secured its delivery and installation promptly and smoothly.
As a tenant, property inspections can feel kind of stressful, but they have been easy and useful, with issues identified and followed up on without much delay. It's nice being contacted both by phone and email so I can respond as is most convenient depending on circumstances. Thanks especially to Leighton for being so clear, consistent and helpful!

We're just finishing our tenancy with Dexters after 2.5 years and despite having lots of little issues with our flat, they've always made sure to act quickly to resolve these problems.
Particularly helpful in this time period has been the amazing Manuela in property management who has been effectively our sole point of contact for any questions we may have, and even when they aren't within her normal remit she won't hesitate to help and facilitate requests. She is also excellent at keeping us up to date with where we are in a process or request without us having to ask.
