Bethan Pike was our property manager and has probably been the most caring and attentive person we've had manage our tenancy. When we ever had issues with the property, she was always responsive and helpful and also managed the end of our tenancy/deposit very well, handling a dispute with our landlord. We've had horrendous experiences with estate agents and private landlords in the past so it's a breath of fresh air to know there are great people out there.
Lottie at Dexters in Surbiton was on the ball, and always called me back if I left a message. She is very helpful and keen, and a great asset to Dexters. I would recommend using Lottie for your next house sale.

I’ve had such a positive experience thanks to Tariq Hussain and the Property Management team in Canary Wharf. Tariq was incredibly efficient in getting a contractor arranged and resolving any issues quickly. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and I felt well looked after throughout. Mr. George Blanchard, was very responsive to the problem of our refrigerator which failed to function after the sudden disruption of electricity and water supply in the morning. He guided us in details, step by step on the phone, to run tests on the breakers, power outlet and switches until it worked again. He then explained in layman's term what the cause was, so that we could learn. He even called the next morning as promised to check if it was still functioning. We appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, patience and manner. A five stars service!

Very very poor and irresponsible agents, their customer support is also like fake, manager covering their agents. They speculate and blame tenants and get both landlords and tenants angry because of them not being able to communicate clearly, missing important parts in inventory checking, and speculating and not taking responsibilities.

I give 5 stars to Leighton Hanson. Over the past two years as a tenant, any issue I’ve had has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Leighton always follows up to make sure everything is resolved and checks if there’s anything else I need. Communication—whether by email or phone—is consistently warm, friendly, and professional. I feel genuinely fortunate to have an agent like him looking after my rental needs.
