Excellent installation of solar panels and batteries
After receiving information and quotes from various solar panel providers we accepted DES Renewable Energy's competitive quote. They were very helpful in providing us with information when we needed it. A survey was completed giving us confidence in proceeding with the installation and in drawing our attention to other ways we could update our electrical equipment and reduce water heating costs. The wiring, batteries and inverter were installed with proper care and attention after we had discussed where they were to be be positioned. We took the electrician's sensible advice on where to place them. The solar panels were installed quickly despite the wet weather and the system was up and running well on time. All the DES employees were happy to seek our confirmation as to the placement of cabling etc and carried the work out professionally. Following the installation we have been able to use the phone app to track the details of how the panels are generating electricity and the level at which the battery storage rises and falls. This guides us on how to best use our electricity. We would happily recommend DES to others planning to install solar panels.

We are very pleased with our 15 panel and battery system. All the DES folks from planning through to installation and handover have been friendly, professional and so helpful. I am amazed at how much energy is produced, even on cloudy days. I can thoroughly recommend DES.

Professional, experienced solar installers
Really pleased with DES Renewable throughout the process of having solar PV and batteries installed. The sales team were very open and informative without any pressure. The surveyor was pragmatic and helpful - my roof has a few constraints so they did well to maximise the number of panels. The installers were prompt and very tidy. Overall a great experience, I have also bought more batteries through DES and that went smoothly as well.

Solar battery and car charger.
Very competitive price.The sales team gave all the information about the installation with no sales pressure. Gave me time to think about the system ask additional questions before I committed. The engineer arrived on the date agreed, polite and the work caused very little disruption . Cleared up any mess and made the installation as neat and tidy as possible. Would strongly recommend this company.I am considering asking them to do additional work.

Very satisfied with whole process from initial contact to DES Solar and battery install, on the day. Jack the solar electrician, as well as the pair of roofers ....all polite professional and tidy workers. Jack explained the operation and on line app and answered all my questions satisfactorily. No hesitation in recommending.

Excellent solar panel company
DES have installed a PV system with battery for me. My experience has been excellent from start to finish. At the design stage they were very attentive and patient and provided options and guidance. The survey and then the installation were prompt (much quicker than I expected) and the workmen were skilled and friendly. I was particularly pleased with the attention paid to working out a good route for the cabling. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We found this company very helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer all of our many questions about our solar installation. The fitters were polite, efficient & tidy throughout and made sure we understood the operation of our system before they left us. Professional install
Jason and the team at DES installed a new Victron system for me. They worked very hard ahead of time to design a well balanced 9kw system and the prep work paid off with an incredibly smooth 2 day install. The on site crew were professional at all times and made short work of a complicated install. A few minor niggles on the way through was inevitable but they were all resolved quickly and courteously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

DES and their products couldn't have been better. From start to finish the install has been super stress free and had very minimal impact on us. We went to 3 companies and found DES to be the most informative with the best all round offer. We have a battery and panels and haven't looked back.
