Our solar panel installation was great…
Our solar panel installation was great from start to finish. Easy and stress free. All staff from the office workers to the actual installers were all polite and extremely helpful. The installation was done quickly and cleanly, especially the electrician who was working in the house, constantly cleaning up after themselves, you wouldn't have known they had been here, any small hiccup (more to do with our property than there installation) was dealt with quickly and professionally. After care has also been great, quick to reply to emails and only a phone call away to help with the technical side of working out the app etc. Cannot fault this company in any aspect of there work. Excellent company with excellent staff.

Solar, Battery and Eddi installation
From the first contact to the last DES were patient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and supportive. The PV installation team were excellent as were the electric engineers involved in the Battery/Eddy installation. We had a slight techinical hiccup with the setup initially, but they responded quickly and the technical support engineer visited us late one evening to make a couple of adjustments to the system and since then everything has been running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish
From my initial enquiries through to completion, the service provision, advice and professionalism has been outstanding. My design consultant built a genuine rapport with me, understood my vision and developed a system that has exceeded expectations. All for a very competitive price and excellent after sales service. The surveyor who visited my property prior to the install was very knowledgeable and flexible in accommodating the positioning of required components to compliment the overall aesthetic. The installers were also polite and professional and employed direct rather than sub-contracted. This was a big part in the decision process. The solar array looks better than I thought it would, has a great yield, even on these current January gloomy days and thanks to the installation of an iBoost, I'm getting solar heated water for free. The team also provided advice and guidance throughout the process which has given me the confidence to operate and take advantage of the system. I have been in contact post install with a few queries and feel genuinely respected. I can confidently say that DES have delivered an exceptional customer focussed experience and I would recommend their services to anyone interested in renewable energy systems. Special thanks to Darren, Nathan and the team.

DES - Excellent Solar Panel Installation
Without doubt DES are an excellent company to deal with. From the first telephone call contact we had with them whilst trying to decide which companies to get quotes from to the final part of the installation everyone we interacted with were very professional and attentive to detail. Our initial thoughts were turned into reality with excellent design work and the installation teams both on the roof and inside on all the "electrics" continued to the highest of standards. The ops and support side of the organisation are also slick which when taken overall makes for a cracking company to deal with. If we were starting out again we'd have no hesitation in ordering another solar system from DES. Nice One Team!

Excellent service from DES Renewable…
Excellent service from DES Renewable Energy. I was kept informed of progress, and the installation was timely, even though the roofer had to install panels in the pouring rain! DES have also helped me with the application to my energy supply company to enable selling power back to the grid. The price was exactly as stated, with no hidden extras. I'm very pleased with the service from DES Renewable Energy and have no hesitation in recommending the company.
