From to start to finish the service was really good, good service and good communication. The team arranged my accommodation and flight and transfer, so it was stress free experience. The dentists are very reassuring and good with their services.

I visited Dentakay Istanbul clinic for my implant surgery. All on four treatment was perfect. I am waiting for my crowns. But i am really satisfied with their dental equipments. They use full digital Technology. There will use a New machine for my crowns name is imetric. Really trustable clinic

6mois après, le passage à Dentakay passé le premier rdv et après une greffe arrachage de dents comme ci nous étions au moyen âge .. qu’une suite de problème : infection qui aura duré plusieurs mois frôlant la septicémie une greffe qui me vaut aujourd hui une hospitalisation dans un service orl pour enrayé le dommages de cette greffe bref .. je prépare un dossier preuve à l appui des conclusions s de tout les médecins que j’ai croisé .. un seul mot fuyé… les dossiers vont arriver et je vais pas m’arrêter là c est certain

I have waited a while to write this so I can honestly review. I was nervous about going over at first but the whole experience was first class. The communication with Ethan was spot on, he answered every question promptly but not pushy in any way. The transport was waiting for me on arrival at the airport and for all my appointments. The clinic was clean and state of art Yes the price went up but I was aware it might as I needed implants not crowns as my teeth were in a bad way. The dentist took me through the X-rays and explained in detail why, I was given time to think and decide if I wanted to go ahead again no pressure to do so. There was some pain after and swelling as is expected but I was amazed that after having a lot of teeth removed there was no bruising. The hotel ( falcon) is also very good and clean also peaceful and the spa relaxing. I broke a piece of my temps ( my own fault) but the after care team were fantastic at replying to me and reassured me that the implant looked ok and offered for me to come back early if I was concerned ( I only had a few weeks left so decided to wait ). I go for my finals in just over a week and can’t wait The only little gripe I have is that organising the return trip ( also includes flights and hotel included) Mary sometimes takes a while to answer, she may work part time or maybe Ethan goes above and beyond 🤷‍♀️. But it doesn’t affect the rating as I do get answered

I was treated at the Dentakay Nish Сlinic in Istanbul. My major complaints are against the clinic's administration. I mean the people who calculate the treatment cost. Before I went for treatment, I had contacted the clinic, sent photos of my teeth and received three treatment plans (budget, standard, and premium). I chose the premium one. When I arrived, I underwent the medical tests in the clinic and my treatment plan was approved, the cost of the treatment changed a lot from that one which had been stated before. It was significantly increased! Of course, I had a sneaking suspicion that something was going wrong, so I requested the detailed invoice for the treatment immediately from my consultant. After that the consultant wasn’t nice anymore and became annoyed. He called somebody for advice and then told me that they would provide me with the invoice but only after I paid for the treatment. However, I still couldn’t get the invoice all the same. The clinic used various pretexts like the printer had broken down or the accountant was on sick leave, etc. not to give the invoice to me. When the first stage of the treatment was about to come to an end, they said that the invoice would be emailed to me. Of course, no one was going to email me the invoice. The Clinic completely ignored all my requests to do it. After three months’ time I got a message that out consultant was changed. I requested the invoice again and at last I got it. I suppose either the consultant was unaware of the case, or they just forgot about me. The difference we paid for the treatment didn’t match the amount stated in the invoice and it was €815. When I arrived for the second visit, I raised the issue again. The consultant was off guard and started searching for something on his phone frantically. Then he went somewhere. When he came back he told me that it was the money for the service which wasn’t included in the invoice. After that I asked him what kind of service it was. He said it was the hotel rent and transfer expenses. Of course, I told him that hotel rent and transfer expenses were included in the cost of the treatment. He immediately started telling me that the translator misunderstood him and that they underestimate the true cost of treatment in order to avoid paying taxes. In this case I asked to show me the price list and call for the manager. In return the consultant to me that there was no available price list or the manager and he hadn’t got the manager’s phone number. After that he left for a while and them came back with another employee. I was given an ultimatum: either I pay the necessary amount of money or they stop the treatment. I had no other choice but to pay as the treatment was going to be completed. Later, when I was in the lobby, I talked to other patients. All of them faced the same unpleasant situation as me. When they contacted the clinic they were told one cost of treatment but after they arrived for treatment the cost of the latter increased significantly from that which was stated before. Generally, there are two reasons why it is so: either you are told that the prices have been increased while you were on you way to the Clinic or your treatment plan has been changed. The Clinic’s administration has put the deceit of the clients on stream: initially you are attracted by the acceptable price of treatment but after you arrive for the treatment and sign your contract, the price multiplies and the cost of treatment can reach several thousand euros. I think this practice is widespread in all clinics across Turkey.

The entire process was smooth and pain-free. My teeth look absolutely stunning!
