A close friend had his veneers done at Dentakay and kept telling me how amazing the experience was. I was hesitant at first, but after seeing his results in person, I made the decision. I’m so glad I did! The team was professional, the clinic was state-of-the-art, and my new smile is absolutely perfect.

Suite à une période de réflexion, j’ai décidé de franchir le pas. J’ai été impressionné par la qualité de l’organisation, notamment concernant le transport, les billets d’avion et la coordination entre l’hôtel et la clinique. L’hôtel était exceptionnel, tout était parfaitement organisé. Concernant le personnel, j’ai été très satisfait de son professionnalisme et de sa compétence. Les traducteurs étaient excellents. Le matériel utilisé était à la pointe de la technologie et chaque spécialiste disposait de sa propre spécialité. Si vous avez des doutes, comme j’en avais moi-même, je vous recommande vivement de ne pas hésiter à vous rendre sur place. Je vous en dirai plus lors de ma deuxième visite, qui aura pour objectif de finaliser le processus. Petit commentaire au sujet de ma deuxième visite : l’organisation est toujours au top ! Le résultat final est extraordinaire ! Cela dépasse nettement mes attentes. Un seul conseil pour les personnes ayant des doutes : n’hésitez pas, foncez.

A Fuiiiiiiiiiiiiir c'est une boucherie des escros pas une clinique, Au debut ls sont très gentille mais après que vous passez dans leur boucherie, plus aucun service zéro ils s'en foutent des problèmes graves qu ils vous causent Honte à DENTAKAY ISTANBUL ! Notre 1er soir arrivé en Turquie, ils ont oublié de nous réserver une chambre à l hôtel qu ils promettent, " l hôtel est horrible 3* est horrible" on a failli passer la nuit dans la rue si on n avait pas de sous pour réserver ailleurs

J’étais septique pour faire les soins dentaire à Istanbul. Je suis ravi du résultat. Le personnel Dentakay est au top, les outils sont à la pointe de la technologie. Un grand grand merci au Dt Gülay Akay et à son équipe. Vous avez été au petit soin pour moi et m’avez redonné le sourire. Merci, merci, merci. Si j’avais un point à améliorer chez Dentakay, ce serait le service planification ( le rendre aussi high-tech que vos soins). Je recommande sans hésitez cette clinique.

Great experience and great treatment.

Anyone deciding to use dentakay just know on arrival someone will take you in to a separate room and price will be raised to start with the actual dentist are good at what they do but I did have a failed implant which resulted in me having to travel back after 2 weeks which i had to pay for travel and hotel out my own pocket trying to get replies off after care is very poor and also trying to get a reply to reimburse for flight and hotel for revisit for a failed implant I’ve literally just been ignored if I’m completely honest they want you in and out no real care to it I’m very surprised at some of these 5 star reviews I’ve read because speaking to other people at the clinic they didn’t have great feedback either so this is just a heads up for anyone contemplating using dentakay.

My treatment was 4 implants and full crown. I am diabetic so it was difficult operation. But almost 6 months passed and i am very happy with the result. I recommend Dentakay

The visit went without any major problems. In cooperation with the Falcon hotel, the visit to Turkey at the Dentakay clinic was like a vacation. I can recommend this place to anyone who struggles with oral problems, with a lack of self-confidence, because thanks to them, you will definitely start smiling again. The care of consultants, doctors at the highest level. I was very afraid of this visit, but it turned out that there was nothing to be afraid of and I came here with great pleasure and I even regret that there is only 1 more visit. Really mega great people work here. ❤️🖤❤️

I'm so happy with Dentakay from start to finish. My whole experience has been amazing. The clinic made me feel so at ease when I arrived very nervous. And nothing was to much trouble. If you are thinking of getting your teeth done here. I would say just do it. You will not regret it.

I had my first consultation and treatment done in Antalya in July 2024. There were a lot of negative issues with this – mostly administrative to be honest but also what I saw as poor hygiene control practice and a lack of any effective aftercare. The second visit was to the Nish clinic in Istanbul (I specifically asked not to go back to Antalya). The clinical side of things has been worlds better – the staff at the clinic have been fabulous – especially my ‘liaison’, doctor and nurse. There was a problem with the first lower crowns used but this was sorted out quickly. Aesthetically the new teeth look great. Mechanically they appear to be good although I am not an expert and I guess time will tell. The big problem on the second visit was definitely the admin and particularly the transport planning. When I arrived, they insisted I confirm what flight I was on and then took 2 hours for the car to arrive for me once I was there. Twice when I was at the clinic it took over 1.5 hours for the car to come to take me back to the hotel. Each time, the clinic blame the Planning Team and the Planning Team say the clinic are organising it. I am typing my first draft of this review whilst still in Istanbul. I have one more day here and currently have no time for my final control appointment and no idea if they will be able to take me to the airport the following day at the time I requested. Having now returned home I can update this. It turned out my doctor was not there on my final day and no arrangements had been made for the final check THEY RECOMMENDED! I did have the check but only after a total failure of the Planning Team to do anything and me having to get my own Uber rather than the transfer they promise. Also to note, the airport transfer was a little late but ultimately not a particular problem. I have raised my issues repeatedly and talked to a variety of people within Dentakay. At one point they characterised the problems as “unsubstantiated”. Hopefully the new teeth will be worth it in the long run. I can’t detail all the issues in a relatively short review but because of them, I couldn’t positively recommend Dentakay in good conscience.
