Hi everybody, I visited them after getting heavy pain at my back teeth. Actually, i have phobia about dentists but Doctor Tuba was very professional to make you comfortable on the dental chair. Clinic is so well designed and hygienic. Every staff was smiling. I recommend Dentakay to every person who has dental phobia like me
After an original hiccup at the airport with my taxi driver not being there I was picked up and driven 25 minutes to the all inclusive hotel. Had my assessment the next morning and spoke to the dental expert who went through my treatment plan. Different procedures and prices were explained to me. In retrospect I should have had a full x ray in the UK as my photographs didn't tell the full story. My treatment was completed in 4 days. It was as pain free as possible. Not without a little discomfort but I fully expected it to be worse. Dentakay has state of the art equipment, friendly, welcoming staff and a highly professional dental team. I had a great time at the hotel, meeting people undergoing dental treatment so we obvs had lots in common to talk about. Can't wait to go back to complete my treatment. It has changed my life. I would recommend Dentakay to anyone looking to get their smile and confidence back.
Je regrette vraiment d'avoir choisi cette clinique. Après une première visite à mon retour en France j'ai eu des soucis avec un provisoire en plastique qui a tenu deux jour et une grande sensibilité au froid alors qu'au départ ce n'était pas le cas . Quand je leur ai fait part de mon soucis avec mon appareil provisoire ils m'ont dis de me rapprocher du dentiste le plus proche .Pour ce qui est de mon problème de sensibilité au froid j'ai du attendre le deuxième voyage , il m'ont fait une devitalisation et mis les couronnes et l'appareil au dessus des implants. A peine posé je suis rentré en France donc pas le temps de voir si il y à un problème. Hors à mon retour j'ai eu de nombreux désagréments . D'une part je ne peux rien manger de dur et surtout pas de chose froide. Rien que le fait de manger un fruit m'est très désagréable. Au niveau des implants des douleurs comme des pics électriques. Je leur ai fait part de tout les problèmes rencontrés et pour seul réponse il dit de me rapprocher d'un dentiste et envoyé une ordonnance d'antibiotiques 😪😪😪 Je suis vraiment dégoûtée et en colère !!!! Leur garantie c'est que du vent. Que des publicités mensongère....
My wife and I had major dental work completed at Dentakay in Antalya, Turkey in the May 2024. We were both elated with this high tech facility and the professional staff from the dentist to the surgeon top notch. I had 28 crowns and 4 root canals all completed in 1 week and the results exceeded my expectations. My wife also is very pleased with the work they performed on her. They made our visit comfortable and it's very affordable compared to other countries. We highly recommend Dentakay for all dental care.
Suite à d'interminables problèmes en France et un appareil dentaire qui ne m'a jamais donné satisfaction, l'équipe Dentakay a mis fin à 38 ans de galère. Du matériel à la pointe de la technologie, une équipe complète, très attentive, très humaine et des dentistes et assistantes très professionnels, je retrouve un sourire et un confort que je ne connaissais plus !! Just having my first procedure done at the moment. Checked many out in the uk before I left . This company stood out by far. Two implants and two root canal’s. Was uncomfortable but only for an hour or two. Next morning no pain just slight swelling, hotel is fantastic (FALCON) this alone is normally billed at €300 a night ( obviously discounted for Dentakay) staff all friendly, perfect transfers all on time . Waiting for temporary teeth then back in September for the crowns .,,, We’ll done DENTAKAY.👍
I visited Istanbul 6 months ago for a dental veneer treatment at Dentakay, and I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience, which has left me demanding a full refund. As someone who previously had veneers for a decade without issues, the service and quality at Dentakay were deeply disappointing. 1. Unprofessional Pricing Practices: Upon my arrival in Istanbul, I was informed of an unexpected price increase for the treatment, which felt unprofessional and deceptive. This is despite being told I was "eligible" for a less invasive treatment as my teeth were in such good condition. 2. Poor Quality of Temporary Veneers: The temporary veneers I received were of such low quality that they kept breaking, causing considerable inconvenience and discomfort. 3. Excessive Waiting Times: Each visit to the clinic was marred by long waiting times, demonstrating a lack of respect for my time and schedule. 4. Lack of Responsive Customer Service: Despite multiple requests to speak with a manager and to change my dentist, my concerns were consistently ignored, indicating a severe lack of customer care. 5. Substandard Dental Expertise: The dentist assigned to me seemed to lack the requisite expertise and skill, evident in the subpar treatment I received. He consistently fumbled items into my mouth throughout the treatment. 6. Post-Treatment Complications: Since the treatment, I've experienced extreme sensitivity in my teeth, a clear indicator of poor dental work. When reported to Dentakay, they suggested I return to Istanbul at my own expense to have root canals carried out with them. 7. Veneer Failure: Recently, one of my veneers fell out, raising serious concerns about the longevity and reliability of the rest of the veneers. 8. Unreasonable Expectations for Corrections: The suggestion that I should return to Istanbul at my own expense and time to address these issues is utterly unreasonable and impractical. 9. Perhaps the most frustrating part of this whole process is that the staff are clearly trained to say "this is normal" every time there is an issue. It is not "normal". I have had veneers previously and my experience was fantastic for 10 years! In light of these points, I am seeking a full refund. This would enable me to rectify the damage and get the treatment redone by a more competent dental service provider. My experience with Dentakay has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative options for their dental needs.

When I came over to Turkey in may last year to get my teeth done I didn't know what to expect I was very nervous patient but overall dentakay made me feel like it would be okay I thought I had a lot of trust in them after speaking to them about what work they were going to do on my mouth and I definitely made the right choice I'm so happy my smiled back I would recommend them to dentakay 100 times a day if anyone what to ask where I got my teeth done my experience my whole experience I would say was absolutely perfect everyone there it's very friendly it helps because the countries amazing and it was very warm as well so yes I would say best thing I've ever done since I've come back from Turkey so many people have mentioned how good my teeth look and even now people say they still look so amazing so yeah I'm so so happy and again thank you so much for the work you did and and thank you
I have had nothing but issues since Dentakay placed my implants. I have under tongue ulcers and biting causing me to be in constant pain and discomfort. Unfortunately I CANNOT get Dentakay to correct it. They have completely ignored me and the issues that they caused. Once you pay them they DO NOT CARE. They also make you leave a review before you leave their office to ensure all reviews are good. Please BEWARE
