Every visit to this clinic leaves me impressed. The friendly staff and knowledgeable dentists create a welcoming space where I feel truly cared for. My oral health has improved tremendously since I started coming here.

The actual clinical side was great. The process was efficient and comfortable - minimal pain and discomfort, much less than I expected. The support staff in the clinic were good, especially Fariza who was truly exceptional - warm, friendly, utterly professional, and a fantastic communicator. She explained everything very clearly, and was a comforting and reassuring presence. There were a couple of hiccups. One very minor, one not so much. The minor one was something that I feel most people would expect, in that the initial quote didn't pick up a few things that were identified in the full examination including x-rays. As I say, to be expected perhaps, and the result was an increase of £2000 in total costs. This was clearly NOT upselling, just a more thorough diagnosis in-person than was possible remotely. As I say, a potential outcome which was to be expected. The second was more significant, and nearly caused me to cancel. The hotel that was promised was right on the Bosphous, a 5 star Marriott, and was part of the reason for choosing this site in particular and Dentakay in general. They switched it at the hotel at the last minute without telling me, to one 20km away in an industrial/commercial district. It was significantly less pleasant and convenient than the promised one. After several conversations they did explain that it was the hotel who let them down, but my issue was they did not communicate this with me - and getting to the bottom of it was hard work. They eventually gave a discount of the difference in cost between the hotels, but the communication issue led to a breakdown in trust which nearly led me to cancel. It may seem trivial, and ultimately the medical communication with staff at the clinic restored the trust, but a simple message would have resolved the issue in the first place. And Fariza was wonderful! Ultimately, my experience has been positive.

I traveled from US for my dental implants and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff at Dentakay were top-notch, and the equipment was incredibly advanced. The results speak for themselves. Totally worth it.

DENTAKAY = DENTAFAKE = PIÈGE A TOURISTE Catastrophe! Pas de vrais dentiste ou très incompétents!! je suis venue chez dentakay antalya il y a 2 ans et ça été la pire des expériences , ils vont montre une image « luxueuse » au départ mais qui cache de l’incompétence absolue, je ne sais pas où les dentistes ont eu leurs diplôme sérieusement. On m’a placé des bridges trop larges avec un immense trou entre la gencive et les dents, le côté droit on m’a retirée des dents saines pour mettre un bridge mais la trop serré contre la gencive résultats : infections grave sous antibiotiques 15jours et là après 1 mois ça recommence. Toutes les couronnes ont été mal faites du coup on les a cassées d’un façon très choquante en me disant que ça ne fragilisera pas mes dents déjà limées comme un requin sauf que maintenant je souffre de partout j’ai perdu la sensibilité du côté gauche de ma lèvre car la personne qui m’a arraché la dent la fait d’une façon tellement forte et dangereuse qu’il a touché un nerf!!!!! Je les appelle mais aucune réponse. Franchement payez plus cher et faites vos soins en Europe (France, Belgique,…) les meilleurs vraiment et qui ont un vrai diplôme ! On veut payer moins cher en Turquie mais finalement on se rend compte qu’après ça nous revient 10 fois plus car tout est mal fait. J’attends toujours une réponse de leurs part !!!! En attendant on me met sous antibiotiques et aucun dentiste ne veux corriger le travail incompétent fait chez dentakay

My first treatment was last October. Dr. Turhan Bıçkı patiently walked me through the entire surgical procedure and meticulously administered the anesthesia; I didn't even feel the needle. The surgery went very smoothly, and the clinic staff were all very friendly. I remember Saida, Serdar, and Enes were there at the time. After the implant surgery, temporary dentures were installed, and I was told to return after six months of recovery for the second installation of Zirconia Crowns. Unfortunately, my temporary dentures broke and completely fell out less than two weeks after I returned home. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received when I contacted the call center about this. I hope you can improve your customer service, as patients tend to panic when they experience discomfort, especially when they are so far away. You need to provide careful and patient diagnoses and treatment suggestions based on the patient's actual situation. After enduring six months without upper or lower teeth to chew with, I returned to your clinic this year. Dr. Turhan Bıçkı introduced me to Dr. Ahmet Özdemir, who installed my Zirconia Crowns. Although one tooth on the upper right side required drilling and re-bonding for installation, the overall installation effect is quite good, and I am satisfied with the results. I hope these implants will last for many years. I also want to thank Busra this time; she was very helpful. Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der Klinik gemacht vom ersten bis zum letzten Besuch in der Klinik wurden ich sehr gut behandelt. Es wurde auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen.
