DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

NOT HAD WORK DONE!! This is not a review of the clinic but the staff..... Consultant, lied to try to get the first lot of money. Was told full treatment cost, but when I looked further myself that was only half the cost. Honesty is best and they couldn't be honest. Won't be using these. Update ..... You wouldn't be able to find me as never registered. The consultant was Farhan +095435130981 Customer number if I choose to pay was - AK-867107. (If that helps) But like I say I didn't register as your consultant was dishonest Update no 2....they have now found me, apologised to me and told me they have now sorted the problems, and assure me this wont happen again. Dentakay asked me update my review to reflect this and change rating, they do seem very sorry however my rating stays the same as my experience was only a 1 star. Update no 3 ..... You might be disappointed that I wouldn't change the rating, but that was my experience, why would I change the rating? Your services didn't work, you acknowledged this, and have corrected it (so you say - I have no proof) so at the time of my review it was a 1 star if not 0 star. I have updated that you have apologised what more did you expect?

They did a good job on my teeth, but with everything else, accommodation,prices they don't take any responsibility for these, meant to be going back for the next stage but think al try somewhere else

So after leaving my last review of my first visit which was great, since I have come back to the uk for the last 2 months I have been in extreme pain, the temporary teeth are causing me pain and iv been worried about failed implants....I have been messaging the medical consultant, the aftercare team and the dentist however no reply for 6 weeks.... after sending pictures of my teeth I have been told to come back for my final and permanent teeth....I am extremely disappointed in the aftercare with them, there was 0 aftercare, so if u have issue after yoir back mayb something you need to be aware of.....I will update my experience and review on my second visit soon....

David Wilson I would highly reccomend Dentakay for any treatment you may need, my experience from start was good as I was given a price on whatsapp, when I got there I had a 3d scan and my bone structure was bad which increased the price, which was to be expected, so we agreed a price, no pressure and had my first treatment done. From the hotel, being chaffured and treatment by the doctors, nurses and staff, the whole experience was amazing. I want to thank Dentakay Antalya doctors, nurses and staff for the care they took for myself and wife. We are happy with our temps and look forward to going back to get our final fitting in 3 months and 6 months

Bonjour je suis assez sceptique sachant que les frais dentaires sont déjà exorbitant en France et si on doit y rajouter des billets d'avion, l'hôtel et tout ce qui va avec, tu dois y laisser ton dentier ou la peau des fesses ??? Comment c'est possible ? Mon dentiste m'a dit qu'il fallait compter +/- 10.000 euros pour refaire 4 dents sur pivot et je n'ai pas cette somme alors j'ai un appareil dentaire que je ne supporte pas car j'ai un réflexe nauséeux à peine au bout de 10 secondes. je suis très frustrée et complexée de ne plus avoir de dents alors que je viens d'avoir 44 ans et au vu de ma situation personnelle je sais que c'est une fatalité ! Je suis maman de 3 enfants dont 2 porteurs de handicap et je ne peux pas travailler donc je n'ai pas de salaire, ni famille et amis qui pourraient me soutenir, je ne peux pas me déplacer et encore moins m'absenter. Je suis condamné à subir à être aidante débordée sans pouvoir être aidé... Comment font les gens qui sont dans ma situation ??

I really don’t know where to begin this message. My teeth was in a really bad condition and a challenge to repair, based by what my other dentists told me and also what I know and saw in my mouth. I don’t use to go to the dentist because as we all know, we are afraid of them. I went at Dentakay as the last resort with no expectations what so ever. I had 6 implants and 28 crowns. It’s like a month already from my second visit, everything is perfect in my opinion. From the transport, hotel they book for me, the assistants that assist you in like multiple languages, the dentists, the technology. I was amazed by all. Incredible work, guys, Thank you so much for changing my life forever! Also now, I will take great care of my teeth, not like before.

La pire expérience de toute ma vie Je rentre en France j'ai encore des soins a faire et leur pseudo garantie a vie, ma B**E !! Même en justifiant d'un rapport d'un dentiste ici il faut que je paye de ma poche un billet d'avion a/r et l'hôtel FUYEZ !!!!

bonjour À tous, attention grosse arnaque,une boucherie vous êtes un numéro devis $$ a peine arrivé + 30%$$$ VOUS AVAIS pas le choix vous êtes devant des commerciaux a l'affut des qui vous prenne l'argent plus de garantie plus de contactes a par pour les RDV a la chaînes a leur clinique jamais a l'heure pour une visite de 1H VOUS PASSER LA JOURNÉE très décus service après vente inexistant bilans deux implant qui non pas tenues plus deux bridge cassé refait au final la veille du départ mi en deux partie pas centré jais demander a prolonge pour un contrôle il on refuser et ce avec tout les problèmes rencontrer a fuir !!!!

My experience with Dentakay in Antalya was very good, they are professional and helpful,Fantastic service kind caring the best choice I ever done in my life I’m amazed with my new teeth 🙂

I highly advise against going to this clinic. My experience has been nothing short of disastrous. I had a bridge put in, which promptly fell off and had to be redone in the United States. Additionally, I underwent a root canal that was poorly executed, leading to a retreatment being necessary. To make matters worse, the crown I received was uncomfortable and irritated my gums, necessitating yet another replacement. Save yourself the trouble and money—please do not go to this clinic.

I’ve had to edit this review, I was originally very happy with Dentakays professionalism but the image the company projects is purely marketing and sales tactics! The reviews are not accurate as they ask you to write them in the surgery! They upsold me quality implants and gave me cheap ones, and just before my second visit I started to get a bad metallic taste in my mouth, the work was guaranteed so I had confidence they would address any issues, I was very wrong, dr Murat denied I had any infections at all, I know he was lying because I’ve had 3 other professionals opinions now! he left gaps in my teeth that are not possible to clean and maintain a healthy mouth so I’m sure this will be a continuous problem, instead of fixing their mess they lied and denied the problems and tried charging me an extra six thousand eight hundred pounds, don’t believe their lies, don’t believe the works guaranteed, they’ll say what they need to say to get you back on the plane and out of the way, as soon as they have your money your nothing to them, like the guarantee the after care is non existent, the second visit team are unresponsive (nothing like the first visit team) and after paying well over the going rate for Turkish dentistry I’m literally left with a bad taste in my mouth and looking to have them done all over again, the teeth don’t look good at all and I’ve been left with worse problems than when I started, thanks for nothing Dentakay complete waste of time and money!!

I came to dentakay to have 11 crowns re done as I had another dentist in turkey do them and they were wrong but these guys got me in and the treatment was 5 stars from being at the clinic to dropping off at hotel! I would highly recommend.

Superbe clinique, la plus réputée de Istanbul, franchement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, merci à Mme. DEMIR Kubra d’avoir organisé mon voyage, prise en charge par WhatApp. Il y a aussi des bons traducteurs si vous avez si vous ne savais pas parler le turc donc aucun soucis. Merci à Serhat également. Merci beaucoup au docteur ARAS Dogan, très professionnel, perfectionniste, superbe travail, rassurant, honnêtement je recommande fortement. Je me sens beaucoup mieux à présent avec mon Hollywood Smile. En plus, le matériel utilisé est de très bonne qualité, le personnel et l’accueil est agréable et sympathique.

My journey going home was a disaster, the pick up to the airport was nearly 2 hrs late and by the time I got to airport I had 40 mins to drop my luggage go through 3 lots of security and had to run throughout to my gate and only just got my flight I was being told that my cab was around the corner which was pure lies very disappointing end to my treatment Part 2 Well I must say Dentakay customer service is very good they looked at what happened and even offered me a small compensation, very pleased over all their help, will definitely be going back there for my Fiancé to get her teeth done next year Big thank you to to customer service!!
