I went Dentakay few weeks back and had my treatment done which was impossible in the UK (price wise)! I would like to thank to the doctors in Dentakay Antaliya. A special thanks to Evin who was my consultant and supported me throughout this anxious journey. He was very caring and was in contact with me throughout the journey. We had a little hiccups here and there which weren't big deal but overall very happy with the service. Highly recommend Dentakay. Thank you again Evin!

I was in the long waiting list of NHS to get my dental treatment. Unfortunately I couldn’t and started to search how I can do it abroad. I talked with Dentakay very long time. I visited their London office and asked many questions about treatment plan, warranty policy, refund policy, pricing certification of doctors and clinics and especially aftercare. I am 100% satisfied with them. My treatment result is amazing. Looks natural. Hospitality was awesome. Thanks to all team and waiting my second visit in Istanbul

Catastrophique, je recherche un avocat actuellement en Turquie qui parle français pour les attaquer. J’ai souffert pleurer, ils mentent , c’est l’abattoir sur place , les prix gonflent sur place vous n’avez pas le choix tous les gens de l’hôtel la même chose. Vous attendez des heures toute la journée quasi sur place aucune organisation travail bâclé j’ai du faire 5 essayage en souffrance anesthésie à chaque fois car les dents étaient horribles qualités médiocre j’ai changé de dentiste c’était un peu mieux mais le résultats n’est toujours pas satisfaisant des taches sur les dents bref gros de choses … un traumatisme ! Et pour finir j’ai du menacer d’appeler la police ils ont refusés de me donner mon dossier avec la garantie des couronnes car je n’ai pas voulu signer l’avis positif qui en passant n’était pas le miens ils se sont permis d’écrire à ma place et de me mettre la pression pour que je signe heureusement mon mari était avec moi et procédurier car j’étais tellement épuisé et déçu je voulais juste partir de la ils m’ont dit ba on vous donne pas votre garantie.. j’ai du ok on appel la police et on bouge pas 5 min après ils sont revenus énervés et me l’ont remis innadmissible! Des gens pas honnête surtout les traducteurs et les gens sur watsapp qui font les devis les pires juste pour l’argent pour valider vous disent n’importent quoi disent oui à tout et après mon dieu vous êtes foutu! Faites attention n’oublie pas vous êtes dans un pays étranger on connais pas les lois, barrière de la langue personne parle anglais vous pouvez compter que sur eux et leurs traducteurs approximatifs une cata. Je regrette et j’espère qu’avec l’avocat j’aurai gain de cause pour la souffrance vécu! Je suis en contact avec des personnes rencontrés sur place traumatisé aussi j’espère qu’on sera bcp pour avoir plus de poids pour la plainte. Je vous déconseille fortement. Maintenant chacun fait ce qu’il veut il y a d’autres dentistes sans cliniques en privée pratiquant des prix bas et sérieux . Bien se renseigner ne pas se précipiter

Bonjour, je me présente je m’appelle Abdel je viens précisément de Paris et je viens partager mon expérience chez dentakay Après de longues recherches et plusieurs charlatans, j’ai fini par tomber, sur cette personne qui se prénomme Monsieur Thibault Cela faisait un petit moment que je cherchais à refaire mes dents, sans résultat et voilà que je tombe sur ce monsieur à l’écoute et à mes besoins et à mes attentes. il m’a aidé comme pas possible pour prendre les billets d’avion pour mon visa et mon séjour à l’hôtel et puis la clinique en contact permanent pendant tout mon séjour À tout moment vous pouvez le joindre, il est très réactif, c’est une personne très rassurante, très aimable et courtois. BIGG SCAMMERSS . dont go there save your money and stay away from this office . I still don’t know how they call themselves a dental office i should be shut down by now . I literally got the crowns done 3 years ago and 4 of them already broke spent almost 10k usd and after getting back to the US i spent another 8k to get the 4 that broke fixed my dentist told me that it’s very bad material and it’s not strong . Professional level is zero i was in pain for a month after. And be aware they force people to put 5 star review when they get to the clinic without even knowing what to expect after . So be aware all the reviews are fake or they bought them with some sweet words . I don’t usually write bad reviews but they screwed up my teeth .listen to this advice from someone who already been there and now regretting the minute they got any work done by this unprofessional dental office.

Après une deuxième visite désastreuse à Istanbul, j’ai décidé de tenter Antalya, et j’en reviens très satisfaite de l’accueil de l’équipe et du professionnalisme du Dr Deniz Kuyumcuoglu. En effet, de nombreux soucis sont apparus au bout de quelques mois, et les dentistes de Dentakay Antalya ont su répondre à mes attentes en refaisant le travail entièrement. Les patients étaient souriants et détendus dans la salle d’attente , ce n’était pas le cas ailleurs, et l’heure du rendez-vous respectée. Cerise sur le gâteau était le grand respect qu’accordaient les Drs Gulay Akay et Armed Alper Kaya aux patients en étant à l’écoute et respectueux de leurs besoins.

Istanbul clinic: PROS: Staff members are great, clinic, tranfers and hotel included CON: The quoted price is a bait to get you there. It was double when I arrived even tho I sent them my up to date xray+photos. Such an experienced clinic must give a much more accurate estimation, 100% increase is unacceptable. And I dont like the pressure on the end to post a review either.

2 off us decided we would use Dentakay. Good pre treatment organisation via WhatsApp from Matt. Told I would require 2 visits to Turkey. When I arrived the treatment plan increased ,treatment was then more than double in the cost quoted. Plan included hotel and flights Due to go back in less than 4 weeks, absolutely terrible communication, so stressful trying to sort out my next visit. Customer service team don’t respond to messages. Eventually responded and told I have to pay for my flights . Unbelievable.

I had been wanting to get my old veneers replaced for a long time. I heard some great things about Dentakay, so I contacted them for a quote. Isaac got back to me quickly and took a lot of time and care to explain my options and the costs involved, to me. We had video calls, phone calls, sent lots of messages and pictures back and forth. I felt confident to go to Antalya and finally have my teeth fixed. The whole process was easy, and within a few days, I had a new smile. The waiting times were a little long at times but the results were well worth it. I would highly recommend.

Super bon travaille fait par l’équipe soignante ( dentiste ) au top rien n’a dire excellent travaille. les traducteur sont excellent rien n’a dire il réponde à tout nos besoins ne changer surtout pas l’équipe, l’accueille et exceptionnel toujours accueilli avec le sourire , 🆘 par contre l’organisation et vraiment à revoir entièrement lire les message et ne pas répondre ou bien d’autre qui réponde plusieurs jours après décevant j’ai demander à plusieurs reprise de discuter avec des responsable aucun retour sur ce bref bref … 🆘 les chauffeur ne connaisse pas le mot ponctualité leur conduite et juste affreuse et dangereuse. si non excellent travaille de fin super équipe je re par enfin et heureux du travaille effectuer par vos soins . 🙏🙏😇

I have visited for my root canal treatment in Istanbul. Clinic is amazing, doctors are professional. Dr. Veysel is so kind. He let me to feel comfortable. Because i have phobia. I really recommend everybody who has dental phobia. Visit Denrakay and choose Dr. Veysel

I contacted Dentakay 3 weeks after being recommended spoke to Yussuf who advised me of costs, was planning on having treatment in the near future. I went on holiday to fethiye and had an accident and my existing tooth came off so contact Yussef again who got me booked in the next day met the doctors and was offered a 6 crown bridge and 4 implants so the next day they got booked into 4star hotel had pay extra for room for children which was expected but I got all my treatment done whilst on holiday in such short notice, really impressed with the doctors work planing team who who arranged all transfers and travel to and from hotel. I am back in Uk now yes in pain from the wisdom tooth which was removed but recovering fantastic aftercare as if I have any questions I contact Yussaf who gets back to me.

The initial consultations over whatsapp were very reassuring and although dentakay wasnt the cheapest this reassurance and my own research into their reputation helped make my decision. The transfers everywhere you go were excellent and very convenient. Hotel is a 4 star all inclusive and serves its purpose. The price did change a bit as i needed more work but this was all understood and pre-warned. Albeit it was a little more than expected All the care at the dental clinic is top class and the staff all very friendly and helpful. I didnt get exactly what i wanted first time and they went out their way to ensure my needs were met 100%.

Did not have teeth fixed. Wanted frontal 3 lower incisor implants including an extraction for one. They offered a crown across canine to canine with a bridge. I asked a few questions like: Why did your price change from €1800 to over €2380. In the space of a few hours. >> this has been corrected. The difference was down to £ price v $ price on brochure. Questions such as: you’ve got wrong teeth missing in the diagrams, in the plan they had sent. >> this too has been corrected. The plan with corrections has been sent Questions around 25% loss of enamel on perfectly healthy teeth for the crown, essentially ruining 3 healthy teeth. If this could be reduced or avoided. >> this has been addressed by a consultant who has explained why a crown is the preferred solution v implant Question around bone graft >> Dentakay have also responded to this and have stated why in my case this is not the preferred option (down to crown v implants) Questions around how long I needed to stay. >> Dentakay had responded to this. The consultant didn’t have the patience to explain the plan, he got impatient, hung up. >> Dentakay put me in touch with different consultant who went through all the plan and responded to all the questions and patient concerns. Then have been ghosted by lily >> lily was on leave and has come back and responded to my concerns, This post has been amended accordingly. I will change the 4 stars to 5 stars if I do undertake the treatment successfully.

I had plan this trip while back and I myst say it didn’t disappoint me. I had a great assistance from the beginning from Tony who was amazing, very informative and always there for me. When I arrived everything was as promised, very professional staff and Im very happy that I have chosen them.
