I’m 50 years old and live in the UK. My teeth have been bad since childhood and this situation has worsened over time and developing gum disease. I was concerned about the health and appearance of my teeth and wanted to get them done for a long time but this was really expensive to do in the UK. I heard a lot about dental clinics in Turkey but didn’t know which one to go for. I came across Dentakay on Instagram and received a call from one of the doctors. I avoided it for a while as I was skeptical about the process. I eventually spoke with Dr Marcel who was very professional and came across as trustworthy and reassuring. He offered me a good package, and I would not be here without his guidance which I’m very grateful for. Fast forward to visiting Dentakay for my procedure - I’ve so far had an amazing experience with the staff and clinic during my first visit. They are really friendly and helpful, especially Aiman. My treatment plan did change slightly which meant there was an increase in price to what I expected which I have read a lot about, so do keep this in mind. Luckily it was within my budget and they offered me a good deal. The hotel where we stayed was also fantastic in terms of the room, view, staff and food (do make the most of the all inclusive buffets before your procedures!) and pick and drop was included. So far I have had my first visit in which they removed all of my teeth and gave me some temporary implants, it was a bit painful but nothing painkillers couldn’t help with. I’m due to go back for my second visit in a few months. What I like about dentakay is that they have a clinic in London in case I do have any concerns until then, and they also respond very quickly when you contact them via WhatsApp. I have been in touch with Dr Marcel throughout so again big thanks to him for his guidance and care. I will share my further review after that visit, but so far I have felt impressed!

Et bien voilà je vais être simple et surtout honnête dans mon expérience chez Dentakay ... j avais besoin de me refaire la machoire complète j ai choisis le hall 6 c est à dire 6 implants enfin 12 au total pour une machoire complète... Alors moi j ai eu le chance d avoir eu comme contact Mélissa une dame extraordinaire qui pendant 3 mois ou je n avais pris encore aucune décision ma rassuré et a été d une patience que vous ne pouvez pas imaginer je l ai appeler des dizaines de fois et lui ai fait faire plusieurs devis qu'elle m'a fait parvenir sans me forcer à quoi que ce soit et même après ses heures de travails (car j entendais ses enfants ) me répondait et prenait le temps de me rassurer pour que je puisse prendre la bonne décision et surtout le bon choix de traitement .. donc voilà j ai choisis Dentakay je suis parti le 30 Août et suis revenu le 7 septembre vous pouvez même pas imaginer le top vraiment on m à arracher 18 dents mis 12 implants et poser 24 dents fixe provisoire et non un dentier aucune douleur rien des docteurs au top une technologie de fou et là toujours cette personne Mélissa qui vous rassure et vous telephone pour prendre des nouvelles de votre séjour j ai rarement vu une personne aussi dévoué pour son travail je sais j insiste sur Melissa car de nos jours ce sont des personnes rare et Dentakay à de la chance d avoir une personne comme elle ...Aujourd'hui je suis ravi de mes dents je dois y retourner au mois de décembre pour mettre mes dents définitive.. je ne parle pas anglais mais sachez que tout au long de la semaine un interprète vous guidera moi mon guide à été Hibrahim un jeune garçon super efficace malgré le nombre de patient qu il avait à gérer lui aussi donne une bonne image à cette clinique et fait super bien son travail hyper sérieux et souriant à la fois un jeune homme qui comme Mélissa j ai eu la chance d avoir ... je vous rassure n hésitait pas si vous devez faire vos dent sur le choix de cette clinique ....Merci

Went to there clinic in Istanbul. After weeks of researching and hearing horror stories. From others about bad work. I couldn’t find any bad reviews about Dentakay I researched the company and checked all their dentists and made sure they are approved by Turkish government. When I was satisfied I made contact that was it. Within a few days I had booked a flight. My treatment had started. I am so happy with the experienced dentist very helpful staff some English spoken but translators are always about It is very futuristic unlike anything I’ve seen in uk. Absolutely fantastic I honestly say I’m a person who doesn’t care I say what I want. Good or bad. This dentist is highly recommended don’t go anywhere else you could regret it. Yes you may find cheaper but it won’t be as good as Dentakay.

I have had problems with my teeth since childhood, with gum disease and later receding gums. With no possibility of a NHS dentist and reaching 70 I decided to do something about it. I chose Dentakay after reading an article in the Sunday Times and reading reviews. I sent photographs and went made a 90 mile trip to Bristol to have a x ray (£50 refundable). The original, detailed, quote was in the £6 thousands. I was pressurised to begin treatment immediately with the offer of free accommodation for my first visit. On arrival I had the same x ray as before and my quote doubled. It is very difficult to negotiate when you are in a foreign country and waiting for your treatment to start. Talking to patients from other practices, it seems that this is normal. However my treatment was excellent from beginning to end. Collection to and from the airport and the clinic was always reliable. There was an interpreter at every stage. The most important thing of all of course is the standard of dentistry. This was superb. I now have 28 new zirconium teeth, The top half are on implants and include bone grafts. The lower teeth are as crowns and included a couple of root canal fillings. I could not fault the team for the work and I certainly would recommend Dentakey.

Thibault ( +90 546 513 97 70 )a été à mon écoute du début jusqu’à mon retour chez moi. Il a été exceptionnel de professionnalisme et de générosité. Je tiens absolument à mentionner tout ceci car cela contribue à la note que j’ai attribuée à Dentakay malgré le manque de professionnalisme et la désinvolture de mon traducteur, Mohamed, qui a préféré papoter avec ses collègues alors que je venais de lui dire que j’avais le sentiment d’être traitée comme du bétail parce que j’attendais depuis 2 heures mon chauffeur après une session lourde, que j’avais mal et que j’étais épuisée.

I have nothing but praises for the varied team of staff that dealt with me on my few visits to Dentakay. It was major works but I was rest assured! I have been having dental issues for a while and didn’t know who should I trust the most in this corrupt world. Finally I got in touch with Dentakay Dental Clinic consultant. His name is Mr Shaun. After a week of conversation with him he explained everything to me. His respect and understanding of the situation made me realize that there are still good people around the world to trust. My journey to the Clinic was amazing experience. The hospitality of everyone was wonderful. I recommend it to anyone with dental issues.

Faultless treatment in a beautiful clinic with caring, expert staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. To say I am delighted with my new teeth (two new molars replacing cracked teeth, a refurbished veneer and whitening) would be an understatement. I'm bowled over by the entire experience. The attention to detail was extraordinary: I thought the molars would be off-the-shelf chunks of plastic- instead they are hand-made in the clinic and look exactly like my own teeth! To have the facility to have the items fabricated onsite really makes Dentakay stand out. Everything can be customised and nothing is a problem. The supportive care continued right down to the injections - normally I'm really nervous, but there was a special gentle musical injection device used for nervous fliers like me. I wasn't even nervous! Dr Cancin was so patient and listened to all my requests, ensuring that the shade chosen for the whitening treatment was natural. I didn't want anything too obvious. She also took infinite pains to customise the teeth after fitting so that the 'bite' felt just right to me. She couldn't do enough to help me. It is so hard to find the right clinic, but with Dentakay you are in safe hands right from the start with a no-obligation free Q&A in London to explain all that is possible.
