DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

So mine and my husbands journey started at the beginning of this year my son had researched different clinics and had chosen dentakay We also decided to use them and so contact began with shaiub, now shaiub is amazing answered all our questions arranged a consultation in London and then booked our flights and hotel which was included in our quote. We were met at the airport and taken by private taxi to our hotel which is 4☆ and really lovely no complaints there. We had a consultation when we arrived and yes our price did go up but we chose to upgrade our implants and crowns. I had asked for sedation so was asleep when I had 14 teeth removed and 12 implants put in, my husband had 4 teeth out a sinus lift and 8 implants he was awake. He would have the remaining 4 fitte on his second visit. I was given a day to recover then had my temporary teeth in as did my husband. I was due to return 3 months later but there were communication problems and I got ghosted for month I later was told the lady dealing with my return visit had been ill I wasn't happy as I felt the communication was awful, they had taken away planning the second trip from shaiub a big mistake as being ghosted would never of happened If he had been the one to plan the 2nd trip. So I eventually returned 6 months later, but that was OK as hubby had to wait 6 months for his second visit. Eventually it was sorted and was then plain sailing, on hind sight just a hiccup. But communication could have been better. We returned and have had our final teeth fitted my husband has been very happy with his second visit and the final result. I am a very nervous patient and had several melt downs over a period of 3 days but I must say the team, the doctor and especially aimon were very supportive and patient with me. I'm so very happy with my new smile 😃 So a few tips take a phone charger with you the waiting time can be a while on some occasions. And if you get a chance try the milkshakes there amazing!

When I arrived at the airport in Turkey, I was greeted by a luxurious taxi that took me to a stylish 4-star hotel overlooking Antalya Bay. My experience with the clinic was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the clinic itself was very modern with the latest dental equipment. My treatment lasted for 6 days and was surprisingly painless. It's been a month since my treatment, and I'm happy to report that my teeth are perfect with no issues at all.

What a great job Dentakay have done, I had teeth missing, teeth at the front ground down, teeth pointing in all directions, I went to a private dentist in the UK who quoted me over £30K to correct with implants and crowns. After a few of my friends had been to Dentakay I decided to take the plunge. So within a week I had had 90% of the work completed!! And nowhere near the extortionate cost of the UK .The place is very impressive, the staff are exemplary. The dentists are clearly experts in what they do and I now have a fantastic new set of teeth (2nd visit required just to fit a couple of teeth onto the implants)… I can now smile again with confidence 😃.. My experience with Dentakay is exceptional from the planning team, the driver, the staff at the clinic every single one I came across were.very helpful and friendly. My procedures was explain clearly, and every step of the way was transparent. The end result of treatment was amazing. I just cannot stop smiling. The day I landed back in UK a friend of mine was so pleased with my teeth and she travel do her teeth the following week at Dentakay. She has been hesitant throughout until the day she saw my final teeth work completed and returned to UK.

I want to share my experience to help others make a more informed decision about visiting Dentakay. The first 12 hours were chaotic. There was no timely communication about my arrival details despite several inquiries. After wandering the airport and struggling to connect to Wi-Fi, I reached the hotel at 3 a.m., only to find my booking was missing. After confusion between Dentakay and the hotel staff, my booking was eventually sorted out in the morning. IT felt disorganized from the start. Appointment details were unclear, multiple conflicting messages. These small errors combined left me feeling uneasy, and I even considered leaving. I was stressed by the lack of communication and worried if I should trust for treatment. Clinic itself is busy with numerous teams handling different tasks, which resulted frequently miscommunication I barely got any information about procedures, aftercare, or even session timelines. During my initial consultation, which I was told would be an hour, I ended up staying for seven hours without clear guidance on what was happening. Thank you Sadia and Karim,honestly made my Visit so much more comfortable and reassuring. My Consultant was the most hopeless contact of this whole journey I’m not lying! He started really lovely answering my questions until the deposit was made, I had to chase for hotel information, how it works when I arrive the lot. It felt like messaging your younger sibling who was annoyed by you. Also before putting a deposit down, I questioned if he could share insight as a lot of feedback was posted that when people got there the price increased and I will copy his exact words from his message “Yes your treatment is clear and I update your treatment plan from the xray the proce won't change. I know your situation about the the finance Yiu know it's not fair to only look at the few bad reviews I can give you number of my patients who did the treatment just last week and they are super happy with the results” After this message I actually felt bad even asking him this about the feedback. But yup you guessed it, this exact man sat me down after my consultation and gave me increased prices…… honestly the shock I had. . In my Consultation my ‘consultant’ also asked me If I could extend my trip, mind you when we first sat he asked me “when do you fly out” ? Hebooked my flights! We discussed and I said I could make it work if needed but I needed to know Asap so I could rearrange work. Now the last I heard was will we need to change it from Tuesday to Wednesday departure, this was a Thursday so come Saturday afternoon not a single word. I messaged my consultant Saturday night when leaving, he responded I’ll find out Not a single word again. Come Monday 11.00 am and I received a message from the Scheduling team for my airport pick up as I was meant to be leaving in less then 24 hours as originally planned. The only reason I checked this with my consultant was how unorganised already. So I messaged him asking if this was accurate pick up. All I got back from him was a picture of new flight time leaving the following day. No message nothing just the picture. I message this information to the scheduling team, to ensure they were updated.Before arriving for my appointment I requested to my consultant if he could pre send me he Response, I’ll request it for you. Nope didn’t get it and when I arrived straight to payment and I guess you guys already know the payment had gone up! There was no formal breakdown just his writing on a piece of paper. A NEW piece not even the breakdown we went through in my consultation When we originally went over the new proposal from my consultant he wrote everything out but I assumed it was because we were discussing. So here the part that blows my mind. There was about £300-400 took my deposit out. He said it’s not included so not only did I get scammed into pay more he also robbed me of my deposit. When I tell you I questioned him he said no Aimee I told You this, but what evidence did I have it was all handwritten BY HIM, mind you the new handwritten cost breakdown we were using wasn’t even the original we discussed so I had nothing, and what am I going to do refuse, I have temporary teeth in.The breakdown made no sense what had been discussed originally gone, he made his own. I felt my consultant gaslight me on every interaction and took advantage of my vulnerable situation, he never actioned any of my request, I had to chase for updates and information . I shared with him in my first consultation when he told me hey the price is more, hey you need to stay longer oh and hey you actually going to go into your first appointment 4 hour shaving treatment at 3.30 pm with no warning Definitely get your teeth done. Would I recommend Dentakay, No. My Consultant has left a really bitter experience, with manipulation and lying.

I went to dentakay.. i had an implant done, service everything was amazing, the staff and the dentists are all amazing! I went in june then went back in September to complete my treatment, and i am happy! Recommend them to everyone! James was the guy that sorted everything out for me, flights hotels and transfers!

They are scam artists and will feed you rubbish, i wasted hundreds flying out there, for them to switch the whole plan up and expect you to just accept it. 
They promise you what you want to hear and as soon as your in turkey they change the whole plan basically forcing you to do what they are offering because you’ve already travelled so far. they wanted to give me 17 root canals when it 1 million percent wasn’t needed as i got checked out with my private dentist just before i went to turkey. They also have taken 7 months of me constantly threatening to sue for them to pay me my deposit back.

Mon expérience chez dantakay était vraiment parfaite, au niveaux des soins à porter car c'est surtout la santé bucco-dentaire qui prime et en plus l'actuel était sympathique et professionnel touts le personnel était à l'écoute je me suis pas senti étranger ou Comme e un client plutôt comme un patient. I was recommended Dentakay by a friend who had his teeth corrected by them. I contacted them and spoke to a consultant named Tony. After a few yext messages he called me and went through the procedure in great detail. So I flew to Turkey and the work began the next day. I won't lie, the procedure was at times very painful, but you're getting mouth surgery so what do you expect?! After 4 days, I had 25 crowns fitted and one of my wisdom teeth extracted, and was able to enjoy the last 2 days of my holiday with a fantastic smile! Thank you Tony and all the Dentakay team for all your hard work, it is so much appreciated

J’étais une personne qui ne souriait jamais suite à une maladie qui rongeait mes gencives et qui déchaussaient mes dents , je complexais à l’idée de parler et qu’on me regarde ou que l’on fasse une fixette sur mes dents . Un jour j’ai découvert la page Instagram de Dentakay Istanbul. Je me suis dis « Vasy ça ne coûte rien de tenter » et puis la rapidité fut très surprenante . Thibault me prend sous son aile est très gentil et doux. Me demande toutes les informations dont il a besoin en quelques heures je me suis retrouvée avec deux devis auquel j’avais le choix . A ma grande surprise 2 mois après je suis en Turquie . L’équipe a été formidable, à l’écoute, sans jugement et me voila avec un nouveau sourire ma deuxième visite est pour bientôt et je ne cesse de me dire quel sera mon nouveau sourire si mon premier est déjà frais et beau , plus de complexe . Merci à Thibault pour ce suivi du avant jusqu’au apres a toujours veiller sur mon état de santé. Adama également pour nos échanges et son sourire à mon arrivée . Fui a la clínica por indicación de mi hija que se hizo un tratamiento y me lo aconsejó. Desde que contacté con Victor todo fue súper fácil tanto la planificación como el viaje y el alojamiento. Con respecto a los médicos todos súper profesionales y atentos. Lo único que me falta en mi opinión son más traductores de español. En general experiencia muy positiva.

Bonjour, Il est vrai qu'il est toujours un peu difficile pour nous français de nous rendre à l'étranger pour soigner nos dents et même si la Turquie est réputée pour son savoir faire, il y a toujours la crainte de tomber sur la mauvaise clinique. C'est ce qui a d'ailleurs été mon cas lors de ma première visite dans une clinique sans renommée pour la pause de mes implants. Heureusement que j'ai pu être mise en relation avec Thibault, consultant chez Dentakay, dont la renommée n'est plus à faire, qui a su me conseiller, m'accompagner, me rassurer, me suivre avant et pendant mon séjour. J'ai pu rencontrer divers praticiens dentaires que je remercie infiniment pour leur travail, leur gentillesse, la patience et le professionnalisme dont ils ont fait preuve. Je remercie particulièrement le Dr Naz pour le jolie sourire qu'elle a su me redonner et également le dentiste qui m'a dévitalisée les dents pour son extrême douceur ainsi que les traducteurs que j'ai pu rencontrer et qui m'ont accompagnés. Je recommande cette clinique à 100% et particulièrement à ceux et à celles qui n'osent pas sauter le pas, je vous garantie que vous ne serez pas déçus.

Really happy with the process from start to finish. Spoke with Tony as my dental consultant and he was amazing. Really appreciate his help I was quite difficult changing dates flights etc but he got everything done with no hassle.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Do not use dentakay. I had a very simple extraction and crown. I went with Dentakay because they were cheaper. 5 months later I ended up having to have emergency surgery back home in London to correct their botched job - a simple crown installation!! The people who perform the procedures aren't dentists - usually dentists in training. They are extremely over worked and probably not paid very well. The whole company is a massive scam AVOID DENTAKAY AT ALL COSTS. If anything goes wrong they will absolutely gaslight you and tell you 'it just needs more time" or "that's how it's supposed to be". Save yourself the damage to your mouth and go with someone else. I ended up having to pay for additional dental work in my country to correct their botched work. It's not worth it
