DENTAKAY DENTAL CLINIC

Visited Dentakay after I received the most horrific treatment at another clinic. My journey started with my fabulous consultant Tony...he was patient, kind and explained everything thoroughly. I gave the original clinic 4 chances to correct my treatment but things only got worse. Tony arranged for me to see the dr Aykut @ Dentakay in Antalya on the Saturday. He came in on his day off and started my treatment immediately. I was very anxious as I had received horrible treatment elsewhere. I was put at ease and my treatment could not have been more comfortable and professional. I thank the entire Dentakay team for restoring my smile .

Bonjour j ai mis 3 étoiles car après avoir eu tout les services et l intervention dentaire du 4 novembre je ne sais pas comment s est déroulée le processus ,aucun compte rendu , n est pas était reçu par la chirurgienne pour le contrôle avant mon départ.Donc j ai décidé de prendre contact avec mon référent qui me dit tout ce que j’ai besoin de savoir heureusement qu il est là et non dans les absences, voilà c était ma première expérience à l étranger et je dois y retourner dans 6 mois pour la suite et fin en espérant pas de complications .

For me this dentist was absolutely perfect from day one to the last day , Dentakay go above and beyond with care and aftercare . Ali (my dentist ) is the ultimate genius with is nurse dila. Together they are perfection . Together they brought Dentakay to life for me. A special thank you to the clerical staff on the door that make sure dentakay provide a fantastic service . From the airport to the last visit . You provided it all for me , I feel blessed ❤️❤️❤️

Well organized, profoundly & utterly professional and quite friendly service. I was totally amazed by their shiny, most advanced and German-made equipments. Moreover, Dentakay clinic is reasonably priced in comparison with the crazy costs in the US.

I would like to thank you with all my heart for the treatment plan, atmosphere, experienced staff and above all for complete professionalism. I came to Dentakay to have a full set of 28 zirconia crowns fitted . And was initially advised of what I needed to fulfil my smile make over by the amazing and knowledgeable dental consultant Tony ..I will say the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.. the VIP transport from airport to the amazing falcon all inclusive hotel made a wonderful first impression. Then when I arrived at the clinic again in private limo I was greeted by the amazing Hela who made me so welcome and comfortable ..she handed me to a wonderful young man called Aimam for the consultation and he did x-rays and first day photos etc and then we confirmed my treatment plan .. explaining it in great detail .. I agreed the plan and the same day Dr Aykut started the treatment of preparing teeth for crowns and I had no pain or discomfort and left with temporary teeth .. the next day Hela arranged for me to come back for fitting of plastic temporary crowns and to choose colours .. we agreed and i went home .. the 3rd day my crowns were fitted and look amazing Dr Aykut ensured everything sat and worked as it should and made adjustments where needed and after a couple hours I had a beautiful amazing smile .. I cannot recommend this clinic and team enough .. don't go anywhere else these guys do what they say .. they are prompt no waiting, all appt times were kept ... And when I sat in reception amazed at my teeth so many people said wow they look amazing Thanks again to Hela, Aimam and Dr Aykut and also the amazing dental consultant Tony who organised everything from initial consultation,flights,transfers and hotel... you are amazing and I will be telling all where my teeth were done ... I was initially meant to have dental treatments in November. Everything seemed ok and was very convincing. However I was not given the option for direct flights and was told I would loose my deposit due to wanting to change date/ flight. I am now battling to get my refund. I would not recommend at all !

Dentakay have renewed my smile and my confidence. The whole experience was perfect. Theflughts, hotel and the Dentakay staff are truly amazing. I'm so impressed with the skills of the clinicians and the equipment is far more advanced than in the UK. I'll be coming back for all my future dental treatment. Thank you so very much.

This was the first time I had been to Turkey to get some Dental treatment on my teeth.I enquired about Dentakay a few months ago and a Gentleman called James Responded to my enquiry on Whatsapp.James has been first class through out so thankyou James.The planning team have been really good aswell.This is the first part of the process done now I hope the second goes the same in a few months time.Thankyou Dentakay Antalya

Je suis venue de France pour mes soins dentaire j’ai était suivie par mr Thibault +90 546 513 97 70 tout cest bien passé de l’arrivé jusqu’à mon retour en France la clinique et super propre avec des dentiste très compétents je tien à remercier Ali et Salah din et Aymen qui su me rassurer une fois sur place merci a toute l’équipe de Dentakay

There are two parts to this review, Part A is the original review. Part B will follow (God Willing)shortly in a day or two. PART A The staff at the front desk are very uptight and snobbish. No smiles are very serious to the degree that it is off putting and offensive. No time keeping. 1st day we went ,we were there for 3 hours for consultation, ( they were trying to push us to get the implants done. After asking a few times why the wait we were told there is only one surgeon who can see us. We had an agreement with the person who was looking after us that we will be called 10 am in the morning, that was cancelled and put on for 4 :00 pm It's been an hour since and we still haven't been seen too. I'll try to update once we get the work done.. Part B After four days of going in for a job that could have been done in one or maximum two days (And the staff had been messaging me to take this review down. I told them I will keep the original review and update it) will say the outcome of the work is good. If they improve on there social skills and smooth out the time keeping, they will actually be a decent place to visit. It also seems , the team doesn't respond to bad reviews. they only respond to good reviews . Two people to point out who were excellent is Muhammad and Mustafa through out the four days.

Arrived Monday 14/10/24 no one to pick me up took nearly 30 mins for a small woman who was smoking to arrive then had to finish her gag before letting me in the van. Set off to hotel driving whilst on the phone then stopped at lights a man approached her chatting away after lights turned green, next day made complaint. 22/10/24 picked up 1pm to go for first consultation exrays and then consultation price went up 2k more than agreed sent to wait in reception asked about 20 people in reception all their prices had gone up. Was told to go to hotel to get my payment and procedure to start at 3pm lef to hotel at 2:15pm went straight back to be told procedure to start at 9am tomorrow was mad and asked why send me for My card if you’re not doing the work today ? No reply. I refused to pay a deposit and left with the view of coming back next day at 9:00 am. I. Hotel met a man who was using precious dent in antalya they contacted me and for everything dentakay was doing was £1550 cheaper . Went with previous dental had implants done that day brilliant my advice going forward would please do not use dentakay feed greed and greed met a French man who had just 4 Implants at 9000 euros wow and he’s now told me he must sort his own accommodation out for his second visit. So glad I met a Man in my hotel the falcon and for him recommending precious dental. Stay well away from DENTAKAY.

Wonderfull experience ! The people who’s working for Dentakay are Kind, Professional And They are always there at your service. You are in good hands, It’s very securisant ! I recommanded to everybody, you will not be desappointed.

I had a consultation in the uk paid A refundable deposit, Unfortunately, I cannot make it out to Turkey for my procedure. I’ve requested a refund three weeks ago and they’re passing me from post pillar. I will not trust these people, do not hand over money till after your treatment. I’m very disappointed.

Accueil à l’aéroport en retard. J’avoue que j’étais perdue et paniquée mais après tout s’est bien passé. L’hôtel était dans j e zone industrielle et loin de tout et j’ai demandé de changer d’hôtel. L’accueil à la clinique et la prise en charge est excellente. L’explication était bien claire. La communication avec Zac était au top

6 mois que j ai fini mon traitement, rien a dire sur la qualité de traitement, parfait. Pour les deux rendez-vous, l équipe était avenante et professionnelle . Si je devais refaire je choisirai de nouveau Dentakay Merci à tous
