Tout d'abord, ma première approche avec le personnel désagréable, je ne suis pas satisfaite des soins dentaires ainsi que du prix qui n'était plus le même devis au départ ! C'est une usine et non une clinique ! Je ne le recommanderai à mes amis ni à personne !

Do not use this company ...bunch of cowboys that will not return deposit that they take from you so you can keep the price etc ...im not going with these rip off cowboys so i asked for deposit back ..that was 5th of novermber .....still waiting keep being told its on its way ....DONT USE THESE PEOPLE ..IF THEY TREAT YOU LIKE THIS OVER DEPOSIT WHAT ELSE ARE THEY DOING ??? GIVE THESE PEOPLE A MISS...TERRIBLE BUISNESS PRACTISES ..IMAGINE WHAT THEY WILL DO TO YOUR TEETH !!!ENTER AT OWN RISK BUT YA WONT GET YA MONEY BACK ANY TIME SOON !!!!

Très mauvaise expérience pour moi. Implant mal placé. Douleur. N’arrive pas à manger. Bouche déformée. Mon objectif en m’y allant c’était d’avoir un beau sourire et m’exprimer avec aisance. Malheureusement ce fut le contraire. Je suis obligée de baisser la tête pour parler. Quand jai exposé mon problème ils n’ont pas été capable de me faire une proposition concrète non in dit si un jour je suis de passage à Istanbul de passer. Foutaise oui.

Got there place is nice looks nice etc was excited hotel falcon nice. Got there had my X-rays etc done my price was around 6k when I 1st got quote in uk via photos. After scans jumped up to 12k then 10k. Even though my uk quote was using items like Swiss implants and have to get it cheaper using name implant. I stupidly proceeded as wanted it done. I had no top teeth so implants in top jaw. And implants in bottom jaw. I still don’t understand why from my quote of near enough 6k it jumped to 12k then 10k. Speaking to people back home they all said I’ve paid too much. Even doing my own research I am paying a lot at this price I should be getting all the Swiss quality implants which I’m not. I’m looking at other places now to complete my dental work as next visit I’m getting charged near enough 5k to have perm top teeth and my bottom set bridges etc. I’ve spoken to the person who arranged my appoint via WhatsApp said he would arrange a call with the after care team but nothing as of yet this was about 3 days ago 26/11/24 For some reason my review has got flagged but all I’ve put is the truth. Was contacted by the after care team Hania on Tuesday I replied back on weds. Still yet to hear anything. Nothing illegal in my review or harmful. Another update as I sent message to the after care specialist? On weds 3rd. Still no reply. I will probably end up using the other clinic as there is no aftercare. Once they take your money seems like they not bothered.

Mon fiancé et moi sommes avons eu notre première visite à Dentakay Istanbul et nous avons été plus que satisfait. La veille de notre arrivé nous avons reçu une vidéo pour nous guider au point de rencontre vers le chauffeur qui nous a déposé à l'hôtel au magnifique Veyron . Les rdv ont commencer dès le lendemain. Lorsque vous arriverez à la clinique toute l'équipe est au votre écoute et sont très professionnel. Toutes les étapes sont expliquer de façon très clair. Les soins sont au top. Merci infiniment a toute l'equipe de la clinique , planning department, Abduraman,Mahmoud Mention special 5 etoiles a notre référent ZAK🥳🙏

Le devis envoyé par whatsapp et le devis donné une fois sur place sont totalement différent. Bien évidemment le prix sur place est 2x plus chère mais comme nous avons déjà fait tout le trajet nous sommes obligés d’accepter ou de se « battre » avec le personnel pour avoir le prix du 1er devis. Une semaine après mon départ, facette qui change de couleur… je contact le service qui me dit que soit disant j’ai du avoir une mauvais hygiène (lol) si c’était le cas pourquoi seulement une facette grise et pas les autres ? Surtout que le facette en question a fini par tomber 1 mois après ! J’ai du aller chez un dentiste français pour qu’il m’en refasse une.

I reached out to dentakay as I had seen many reviews and videos on Facebook from others who had been to dentakay I then got recommended to other services by friends who had been to turkey but Tony at dentakay assured me about the quality of service and materials so I chose to go with dentakay we were greeted at the airport by friendly transit drivers and taken to the falcon 4 star premium all inclusive hotel everything was just so pleasant he even helped me get my partner to join me 2 days after I arrived I was seen the very next day I just have been in theatre and hour max on my first visit I was sent back to hotel by transit with all meds and after care treatment If I had to give you every detail of how good everything was id probably be spending days writing this review Live entertainment variety of food The clinic itself was super impressive ultra clean and professional I could go on and on Thank you tony for all your help

I am writing this review after my second visit to Antalya and at the end of my treatment. Before deciding to have treatments done I read all reviews, the good and the not so good. My experience overall has been amazing. The staff, the Doctors, the organisation behind is incredibly efficient, professional and pleasant. The facilities are very very modern, high tech, new, the Doctors are really good and very experienced, the quality of the work is very high. You are greeted and treated like a celebrity, driven round in lievered vans like royalty. Everyone treats you with respect and care. At my second visit, I was anticipating some resistance to the fact that I was not totally happy with my bridge and thought they would maybe ask me for more money or refuse to do anything about it, especially as I had it checked by my UK dentist and was told that it was good enough and not to change it as in the UK that was acceptable. My STAR Doctor Dr. Alper took one look at it and within 30 seconds agreed to change it, until it was perfect, and at no charge whatsoever. Now that is quality control beyond what I was used to. I am very impressed by this company and, I can really say you would be treated really well by everyone at Dentakay. And yes some reviews I read before coming might not have been as positive but this is normal I think because I also know that there will always be a percentage of people who are not happy with things and they may blame all on others, but in my experience, whatever the problem might be, the staff here are going to help you solve the issue, find alternatives until you hopefully become a happy customer, because that is what they want, believe it or not. And yes of course they want your money too, but all in all, including my 5star hotel during my first visit, all transport etc. Still came to half of what I would have paid in the UK. Not to mention their speed of execution, they did in 2 days what woukd have taken over 1 month of several visits to my UK dentist. 5Stars all round for me, you judge for yourself, because even before getting here they help, advise, and guide you through the processes...

Malgré d'autres rendez-vous chirurgicaux dans différents établissements, Thibault et l'équipe de planning ont fait preuve d'une flexibilité remarquable pour adapter les rendez-vous à mon emploi du temps. Leur attention, leur disponibilité et leur organisation ont largement contribué à rendre cette expérience aussi fluide que possible. I wrote a review but can’t see it so thought I’d write another thanking first Hassan for all his telephone support and I can genuinely appreciate his honesty and kindness throughout. Before my arrival throughout my journey and also help with changing hotels. I’ll not lie, it hurts🥹 but the results are fabulous. Thank you. We will return in three months for the remainder of the fittings to make everything perfect. I wish I had more pain killers just now. But I can sort that here I guess. Everyone was always smiling and happy and this helped a great deal when things were getting rough. Bought my water flosser so that will help as recommend. Thank you, no more wonky teeth or painful teeth with constant bleeding and bad gums and too many root canals. All finished and done in the 5 days. No complaints. 10 year guarantees and continuous help from Hassan as required. The minibuses and WhatsApp communication made everything so smooth. Thank you everyone who did fantastic jobs throughout. 🙏🏻🥰

Ils rassureront vos peurs ( nous avons tous un vécu différent avec les soins dentaires et nous ne sommes pas tous égaux face à la douleur et a la douceur des pratiques...)et restent ouverts face aux différentes demandes. From the moment I arrived everyone was so welcoming and kind the team really goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They explained me everything clearly, and detailed treatment plan was acknowledged by me. I’m so happy with the results and honestly wish I had come here sooner. If you’re looking for a place where they treat you like family while giving amazing care dentakay is the one I recommend
