Amazing experience at Dentakay. My wife and I just returned from Dentakay Istanbul from the pick up from the airport to the receptionists ,staff and doctors the service was perfect. Our Dentists Dr Yesim and Olcer were so caring and professional it made what could of been a troubling time into an enjoyable experience and the result are life changing. So Thankyou to all concerned and we would recommend Dentakay to anyone wanting Dental treatment.

I had an amazing experience at Dentakay Istanbul office! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, modern, and had a calming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Gizem Tabar is truly exceptional thorough, gentle, and highly skilled. She took her time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciate their attention to detail and patient-centered approach. Attempting to intimidate and showing aggression towards women is NOT ok!!! I came from Australia to get my teeth fixed. Everything was fine while I was in Australia. Suhail the medical assistant was really persistent , he showed me the 5 star hotel we supposed to stay in, he made me send photos of my teeth to give me a quote, first red flag was that everything looked so cheap, they told me they’d pay for the hotel, taxis all included. Got there , they picked us up from the airport, sent us to a different hotel, and they told me they don’t work with the hotel they sent me the photos of while in Australia… The hotel they sent us to was not even 3 stars ,they give us 2 ‘suit’ rooms because they didn’t have a big one for my husband & I plus our 2 kids, which they knew were with me, makes absolutely no sense because I have two kids age of 2 and 4, so what did they want me to do with the second room? Put them on their own? The ‘suits’ were really really tiny and of course we stayed all together in one room. The next morning I got picked up and the real nightmare starts… Went for a scan, and the dentist supposed to do my treatment wasn’t there so an assistant and translator took me into the room and started to explain more work has to be done. I knew that but then they put me into a room, and with a pen and paper and he starts writing my options and pricing. I found this really unprofessional Anyway the quote was $10,000 USD more than they told me while I was in Australia. It went from $6,000 to $16,000 USD, more if there was extra work while they were doing the treatment. Then I was shocked and I told them I have to discuss this with my husband before to go ahead, they told me I have to call him on the spot before I leave the room and give them the answer. WTF right??!! Totally trying to stand over me and intimidate me. Absolute bullshit. I told them I want to discuss this with my husband face to face and not by phone in front of them, he kept pressuring me and told me if I’m not giving him the answer I have to pay for the taxis the 2 nights for the hotel even if we just stay one, extra cost total $450 USD and to pay up. I felt totally robbed, but at this point I was so disappointed and sad that all was a scam. I was sooo excited for this :( I had to pay $30 USD for a 7 min taxi back to the hotel because at this point my phone ran out of battery and they ‘didn’t have a charger’. They took over an hour to get me a taxi. They thought I’d change my mind if I sat there long enough. Another ‘manager’ then asked me to come into a room and have a chat. I told him what happened I explained to him I was quoted $10,000 USD more and I have to discuss this with my husband before I go a head. He sits in front of me staring at my eyes aggressively totally trying to intimidate me then he started laughing at me, I asked him what was so funny and he keep staring at me and laughing. What a coward. He would have bowed down like the coward he is if my husband was in the room but he totally tried to stand over a petite woman. What a total pig of a man. If you could even call him that. I never feel like this in my life. I write this review with tears on my eyes They were far from professional, nothing I’m writing is a lie, such utter disrespect and disappointment. Stay right away from these people, in their lame suits and fake smiles. Ended up with another dentist here , Best Clinic Istanbul, I have no words to thank them enough, how good, how professional, I was quoted for the same service with way better materials for $7,000us in total so do your maths, please please , take into consideration my review. Don’t be fooled by their flash website and blatant lies. Edit : In response to your response, how typical. You took no ownership of your actions in that response. I totally understand I have to pay for services provided if I’m not going ahead with the treatment, even a 7 min taxi drive that would cost $8 was charged at $30 x 4, do the maths. Of course I have to pay for 1 room that I asked the hotel for, quote said $60, instead I have to pay $240. What I’m REALLY mad about this is you taking zero responsibility about 2 men staring into my eyes and laughing, forcing me to give them an answer on the spot, and you saying I’m exaggerating??!! Wish it was the case. If this was my business these guys would have been fired on the spot. Absolutely appalling. Not the cheapest clinic , totally agreed with you.I ended having a bone graft due my severity bone loss, implants for way less than your cheapest option, with better quality materials. Don’t lie to people saying you are going to provide the best dentist and when the patient arrives the clinic came with an excuse that the dentist promised is not there but someone is going to look after you as good. Mine is just an honest review from a real person. Please take my review as an opportunity to do better.

My experience at Dentakay was fantastic! The team was professional, and my new smile looks amazing.

I attended the clinic and was dealt with in the most professional manner, the staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was to much trouble. I had to have additional work before I could get my full set of crowns but the staff explained everything and i really felt like i was in the best place. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough and cannot wait to return in May to get my full set as I am over the moon with my temporary ones.

I visited Dentakay clinics in Istanbul. I am very happy with result and prices. Doctors are experienced. Clinics are certified by ISO. And they follow slowdentistry rules. I strongly recommend Dentakay

Avec les bandits qu'il y'a à chez DENTAKAY on se fait racketter on ne vous écoute pas, la seule chose c'est vous piquer votre argent personne vous écoute c'est de la boucherie, à peine de retour en France j'ai des dents qui se sont déchausser, tout est fait à l'expéditif c'est chronométré, je me suis fait voler mon argent pendant que je tourner le dos, je déconseille cette clinique des bandits des escrocs, c'est la clinique et les dentistes qui décide à votre place je n'arrive plus à sourire, on vous demande pas votre avis on n'en tient pas compte tout le monde est complice, au téléphone tout le monde est gentil mais une fois sur place c'est le piège

Don't quote one price and expect three times that amount when patient arrives, and charging for medication and even mouthwash is just beyond belief

They done a shiit job and when I asking for refund they didn't want to give it...I have 10 years guarantee and still they doesn't care...Never go back again to that clinic...Shame on you...Liars

Had a great experience with Dentakay. I had a bridge covering 2 missing front teeth which snapped I decided to come to Turkey to have it replaced, after reading many reviews, not all good, I decided on Dentakay for my treatment. Since arriving in Turkey everyone has been very friendly, helpful and the dental care very professional. Every step has been explained well, the cost went up a little but I expected it has its hard to quote accurately from photos. Very happy with my temporary teeth and can recommend Dentakay highly.
