Kia Bolton absolute rubbish

Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Kia blackpool

Bought a car from Trevor at the Blackpool Kia site. All ran smoothly car was ready on time as promised and a 24 hour insurance cover sorted to get you home. Spare key was missing at a different garage but arrived swiftly with me. Even put 10.00 petrol in for me when I collected my car, they usually send you off on fumes from a garage!! Little touches make all the difference. So my experience is so far so good

Waiting a week for my car that has done…

Waiting a week for my car that has done 4000 miles in 18 months to be repaired. Dealers cant fix and say that they will contact me but never call. No courtesy car or anything. Absolutely shocking response, I paid a lot of money for my car and Im having to walk.

Great Car, shocking service after purchase

Brought a kia sorento just over a year ago, great car loved it. great family car with loads of space. A little over a month ago noticed an issue with the clutch slipping intermittently. popped it into KIA in Nottingham and then the problems start. They have a look and tell me its a big job and will need to take the gear box out and it might not be covered under warranty, a year old from brand new? i questioned them and no one could give me an explanation of how this could be wear and tear in a short period of time and they couldn't. It was as if they were trying to cover themselves for some reason but at the end said "it most likely will be covered" Today dropped it off for the work, They said they would call me to remind me the day before and they didn't (not the end of the world) they organised courtesy car with 5 seats and i need the 7, the car was dirty because some one retuned it late and it had no fuel in red light 10 miles till empty? Ive tried to call and email head office and nothing, no response. awful service for what i thought was a really great car.

Fantastic customer service and car (sportage)

Recently delt with sales executive Matt Ridge Kia Bolton and can't fault them excellent customer service nothing was to much trouble. Great price trade in for my old car made up with car and deal. Would recommend Kia Bolton and particularly Matt Ridge to everyone in fact I plan to bring my partner back in a few weeks to swop her car...

Excellent customer service from Kia Bolton

I took my elderly parents in to Kia Bolton today for a test drive and consultation with the sales team. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly sales executive a small chap but well turned out I think his name was Matt. Well he couldn’t have been more helpful first he had a car ready for my parents to test drive which was the exact spec they were considering. At no point was there any hard sell and once my parents were happy with the car and decided on the colour etc a fantastic deal was offered giving a lot more for my parents current car than was expected. Nothing was to much trouble I’d recommend Kia Bolton to anyone.

Empty petrol tank after service

Empty petrol tank after service Bought my car in for a service, filled it with petrol beforehand. 2 days later when I went to pick up the car, the petrol tank was practically empty despite being full when I took the car in.

Wow!! First Class

Wow!!! What can I say - from the minute I walked into Kia Bolton Matt Evans was fantastic! Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn’t pushy at all. Buying my new Picanto GT Line S was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Matt kept me informed regularly regarding delivery date etc. The handover of my new vehicle was first class. Trust me having bought in excess of twenty cars in the years I have been driving nothing comes close to Kia Bolton and especially Matt Evans. Would highly recommend Matt and Kia Bolton. Credit where credit is due. Thanks again Matt Zoe

Visited Kia Bolton terrible customer service.

Visited Kia Bolton to check out the rio and creed .I made an appointment prior as I know these places are busy.I arrived and saw a ginger tall guy and a small guy at the back of the shop.I asked to see Ian and they said we don't have an Ian so I checked my email and text to get the exact name.No good attitudes and helpfullnes from them guys .They could of asked my name and checked the system.They didn't seem as if they wanted to be there and not a wif of customer service.I found the text and was told no he's not in .Not I'm sorry madam he's not in but how can I help?.I told him I was interested in the no 79 car I saw on the for court.He couldn't find it .But a long story short he didn't seem to have a clue about anything .I asked about the price and he found it eventually .I asked about a Rio .I went outside to check he told me there was one at the front .He never said do you want to look inside shall I put the engine on so you can see the sat nav etc.There was nothing he even stood Miles from us and didn't even try and sell it.What a joke he was I would tell everyone to keep away from these waste of time salesmen.I wasted my petrol getting here but glad I didn't buy a car from these horrid guys.Customer service, being polite and kind always goes a long way.
