My most recent account made a point that a better offer was available. I called CovaU and updated my account to take up the offer and saved a further 3% on electricity usage

Information was expressed well though i struggled with the accent. The person was polite and understanding of the language difficulty while conversing. She took time to slow down and speak as clearly as she could so there was no confusion, many legalities had to be repeated two or three times before i could make sense of the information.
