The CovaU Energy customer support team is always polite, patient and helpful and are capable of answering my questions and assisting me with a solution. I had another good experience with the customer support team today when i called requesting to switch to a different CovaU electricity plan. I recommend CovaU.

The whole process was very clear and smooth signing up. There was a problem from my end with the changeover and the staff at CovaU both on the phone and email were extremely professional and helpful. It was resolved in the end and I couldn't recommend CovaU more highly for price and customer service as well as their systems.

So happy to have changed to covau, the lady I spoke with was so kind and helpful, she had wonderful customer service skills I thought. I didn't have any questions after the phone call, she answered everything I needed and even rang me back to let me know the change over went through. Great work, thank you.

Outstanding Rates and Customer Service – I have decided to switch both electricity and gas to CovaU Energy roughly 1 year ago and I am so delighted I did so. Not only the rates are much lower than my previous energy suppliers which has taken a load of my shoulder, but I am very satisfied with the way the support center staff handle any issue or problems I may be facing and on this occasion it was (Jose), and I don't even have to wait long before my call is answered, I mean it happened in less than 30 seconds. In all honesty I feel like I am treated as a human being and not just a number. Outstanding Customer Service like this is rare nowadays, but it's the quality of customer service which CovaU provides that encourages a customer to remain loyal to the company and I am one of them, so thank you CovaU
