I had a billing issue, Lotti was a great help and eventually got the problem fixed she went above and beyond, well done. As for Covau's billing system it is terrible and almost enough for me to change vendors
Got a statement showing that there is a better rate on offer. Phoned and spoke to Joseph (JM) and he helped us change to the new plan which will save us money. My query was dealt speedily and professionally. Thanks Joseph.

Mark Adlaon was most helpful to me when I have problem paying my gas bill for 2 months. My family had a recent crisis and he patiently and sympathetically listened to my unfortunate circumstances. He encouraged me to stay positive and that things will get better. He then transfer me to hardship team service officer Rose who was also very helpful and applied for government hardship grant for me and my family. Helpful, inexpensive energy provider. I had just moved into a new apartment and was stressing out over the lack of electricity. Heidi and Rave gave me clear, concise instructions, allowing my electricity to reconnect within 24 hrs. The procedure was relatively simple. Just had to turn off the main switch then turn it back on after placing a phone call to confirm the job was done 👍
