Excellent call centre service. Was moving out from my rental place and called the call centre on the weekend to arrange service cancellation. Most helpful and courteous.

Customer service was quick and top notch when I messed up sending my payment. No hold queue while calling either!

I was assisted by Daniel Ordanes today. He was very professional and CovaU had a very good deal for my Gas connection. I promptly received email confirmation.

Our electricity was disconnected earlier than expected, on moving out day. I called CovaU and Jasper was most understanding and helpful. He was able to arrange an urgent reconnection. The power was reconnected well within the hour and we were able to complete our move-out as planned. Thank you!
