Received an unsigned and unidentifiable email asking me for photograph of my details. I treat everything like this with suspicion...so much c..p and rubbish floating into my phone!! I explained to the gentleman that I was not happy to put my details out there for the world to see. He was very understanding and helpful and we were able to sort the problem easily. Well done!!!!
Another excellent experience when I contacted CovaU to add gas supply in addition to electricity. A definite plus is the short wait time for my call to be answered, once I had progressed through the menus.

Excellent call centre service. Was moving out from my rental place and called the call centre on the weekend to arrange service cancellation. Most helpful and courteous.

Our electricity was disconnected earlier than expected, on moving out day. I called CovaU and Jasper was most understanding and helpful. He was able to arrange an urgent reconnection. The power was reconnected well within the hour and we were able to complete our move-out as planned. Thank you!
