I checked my mailbox in the evening and found a notice from Covau requiring me to contact their customer service. I called them at 9 PM, thinking that no one would answer at such a late hour, but to my surprise, I was still warmly received. receptionist was very friendly and patient, addressing all my questions and concerns. I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received.

I called CovaU today and it had a really nice customer service. The matter was resolved really quickly and the assistant was really friendly as well.

Solved a very complex connection issue with electricity and gas for 5 units. I also,use them at home
