Been a customer for a few months now,Cova u has compare and suggest other plans that will suit and save our family on electricity, make sure you read your bill and call up to take their offer/recommendation. Got lucky speaking with the same agent that sign me up a few months ago. The wait on the phone is minimal, the customer service is fantastic and the follow up email is prompt.

Easy to set up a gas account for Victoria online. Chat was quick and easy for extra questions. Rates for gas supply cheaper than my old provider and rate structure simple without gimmicks.
