Great service. Helped me out and set up everything.
I was served by lovely lady, she served me very promptly and was able to resolve the enquiry after listening to me request. In the space of 2-3 minutes she shown Great customer services skills, I have only have just moved to this company and this interaction is a great sign. Appreciate your help. 5 Star service
The consultant that I dealt with was very courteous and professional. She listened to my request and guided me in the correct direction. Throughout the conversation she was patient and made sure I fully understood all aspects of my enquiry. This concluded my call leaving me very satisfied and achieving all my intended goals.
Contacted CovaU by chat last Sunday. Expected to be answered by a bot. I was answered by a real and knowledgeable person. I had a billing enquiry and wanted some info on their latest plans. Results were fantastic, change of plan was requested of pricing dept, by the agent. On Monday the pricing had been changed. My billing enquiry was also given the right information to me.

Signed up today to CovaU Energy for gas. The customer service assistant was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I felt really informed and had all my questions answered. CovaU Energy seem to really pride themselves on excellent customer service :)

Called after receiving a price increase notice and Maureen Tingson was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She explained the alternative plan that had been recommended and changed me to that plan. Price increases are inevitable, but it makes it so much easier when an alternative is available.
I had a great experience with my Covau inquiry. The lady was very helpful and courteous and spoke very clearly . She was able to explain the different options and change the type of cover , which ultimately saved me money. Very pleased with the result.
