I placed an order and then didn’t hear anything for two weeks. I then called last week and a representative told me it would be shipped soon. I then received an email stating that the items I bought were not in stock and I wouldn’t be receiving them. My bank account should not have been debited if I would not be receiving my purchased items!

Rating would be higher execpt for the issues with backorder items. Was told the item would arrive 2.4. I followed up on 2.8 and was told it is now expected 3.5. If the item was going to be pushed back, how about reach out and tell someone, instead of me waiting for something that is never going to arrive.

$ 8.49 to return one tee shirt !!! and label won't print.

Ordered a pair of coveralls Jan 17, heard nothing until I called customer service on Feb 10. At that time was told they were on back-order but would check as to when order could be expected. Later in day called back and said order would not be available until August so they would cancel the order. Of course the credit card was charged as soon as I placed the order so the company held my money for nearly a month for nothing instead of charging it when the order was processed for shipping as most all the other companies I deal with do.

Very good, only on ordering it mentioned order now delivery will be "14 jan". When ordered delivery was all of a sudden "18 jan". I was traveling back to Europe on 19 jan that got me bit shaken
