The coffee arrived when expected. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that one pack of coffee was slightly torn at the top, with a few beans coming out - so not quite as perfect as usual.

On time and great coffee

Hmm… only just had my first order (subscription) for the Exclusive blend coffee beans and they arrived fairly quickly. The issue I had though was that they were roasted in December which although it isn’t that long ago, I have been trying to get fresh beans roasted 2/3 weeks before. I have now opened and tried and they are ok, but not sure whether to stick with them if this is the case. Other coffee roasters can send them freshly roasted..

Great choice of coffee beans, we like to buy fair-trade, Rainforest alliance, organic beans and Coffee Masters own Espresso beans are perfect. Not only do they make a great Espresso, but also Americano, Flat White and Latte Machiatto! We also buy their Swiss Water Decaf beans, it's great to be able to enjoy a coffee knowing it hasn't undergone any chemical processing. Finally, they have great customer service and delivery. We have been buying from them for a number of years now and would highly recommend them.
