I love the choice of coffee on offer specially the organic and single origins that I buy regularly, I have used so many coffee providers for the last 8 years and coffee masters are far the best at all levels, the only thing I wish they can fix is when you need to get your coffee earlier or new coffee, you need to cancel the membership and change for new coffee and date, but it’s worth it Thank you coffee master

Decided to give this roaster a try. Got a pack of Peruvian and also decaf coffee beans. None of the bags has a roast date on them but based on the best before date one bag is over two month old and the second one is almost one year old. It is pretty much tasteless at this age and although you may expect something like this displayed on the supermarket shelf but if you buy directly to a speciality coffee roaster this is not the quality you expect. Huge disappointment

Ross our representative was really helpful right from the start. There was never any pressure to buy, we went to visit the showroom, to look at all ranges and taste various drinks. He broke down all the costs and made it very easy to decide. Since purchasing the customer service has been fantastic. The drinks have gone down really well with our visitors too.

We have used coffee master for the last 4 years getting a delivery of coffee beans every month. The staff are very friendly and we have not had any trouble with any deliveries. When we wanted to try a drink different coffee we able to order samples packs which is a great idea.

I love this company. They don't mind how big or how small your order is. They remind you when it's coming and carefully deliver on time in perfect condition. If you need to change quantity or delivery date etc you can do it safely online and they just follow your instruction. Good quality, award winning products, good price. What's not to like?
