The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Whenever I need my coffee, CBTL is always the number one option. It provides the best coffee within our area in my opinion and the also offer a wide variety of food and dessert. And what I like the most is they provide a Wi-Fi access which I need for my work. The ambiance of the store is also good! Definitely an experience!

I want to give this company 5 stars, just because they make the effort to help people trying to get a no-sugar option. However, in practice I have ordered items that ended up tasting watered down or just plain bad. It's still worth going, just know you can't count on the people making the drinks to know what it tastes like. (If they did, I would never have gotten what they served me) Hopefully you will find something you like.

My experiences with CBTL all have been very warm and just felt like I was home. Their food, tea (ahh, their tea) and coffee are awesome.

354 Five Cities Drive Pismo Beach CA 93449 USA is the location closest to me and there is an employee named Heidi who always chooses to be rude/mean to me. No other employee treats me like this. I see Heidi at the register frequently and she corrects me when I ask for "a latte with dark chocolate" by asking me if I meant to say "a dark chocolate latte". I don't try to purposely order my drink the wrong way, or the way Heidi likes it to be ordered, I just sometimes add on the dark chocolate at the end. I leave a tip every time, I used to work at a coffee shop and I know how important tips are, and I always say thank you. Even after Heidi has been rude to me at the register, I still leave a tip. But Heidi chooses not to say thank you or even acknowledge the tip and never says thank you to me on behalf of The Coffee Bean. I have gotten to the point where When I walk inside the store and see Heidi at the register I start preparing myself to make sure that my experience won't ruin my cup of coffee.

Cozy,quite , good light.Great for reading , working or chit chat.And loved the Cappuccino.Good priced nice tasting coffee and snacks .Friendly service.

Have many time drink Chai tea latte at Bangkok specially siam i spend near 10.000 bath a year before i come every day when i visit bangkok near 60 day a year But after april i not go longer i find another brand, because branch Siam center force me to try another brand and this i like better. The Coffee bean at Siam center close for normal customer because the better want a event from a big company, and left the regular customer without service, these customer must go to other places. Another branch chit lom central have sold out of Chai tea latte, what okay i give up,. after this bad. hope you do better other place in the world.
