Clipper Teas

I've been a fan of clipper tea for about 20 years now. But can be so difficult to get. The organic everyday tea is quite delicious as is the non organic, the rooibos isn't bad, better than other brands, the chai is my guilty pleasure and I can rinse a couple of litres of oatmilk in a day just making chai latte at home. Clipper chai is different to other chais so I have a nice little collection growing. I regularly recommend clipper tea to people as its one of my favourites

I love so much about Clipper but the decaf tea is weak. It reminds me of a weak earl grey. It’s described as full and rich on the website. It’s not full & rich. Please make a new decaf blend Clipper.

Very weak and poor tasting tea, really disappointed and will be going back to good old Yorkshire tea.

I wouldn't say I'm a Tea connoisseur, but I've trained with A Chinese Gung Fu and Tea maitre in Paris. So I do know a good cuppa when I taste it. For a really authentic and very well priced cup of loveliness, this Clipper Organic White Tea is hard to beat. It's smooth, sweet and just so refreshing, without the slight oiliness that I find in many green Teas. I recommend it to everyone I know, and just can't rate this product highly enough.

Their teabags used to be the best in the world...now they are the worst! Bad quality, bad taste.

Le clipper détox que j'adorais n'a plus du tout le même goût, qui est devenu totalement insipide. Il n'y plus non plus de parfum et d'une belle couleur framboise avant, leur tisane est maintenant marron verdâtre transparent. Pourquoi changer un produit qui satisfait pleinement vos consommateurs!!!

Just purchased what I thought normal everyday tea but for the second time bought Green tea instead. Costly mistake! Why doesn't Clipper have a different colour box for different teas. As I had opened box and made the tea with milk! Realised the mistake. Could not get a refund for my mistake as I had opened the box.

Sad to see such awful reviews. Personally I really like their organic everyday tea bags…won’t drink anything else for breakfast. They need a 5 minute brew but the taste never becomes bitter. I also think their herbal teas have a much stronger taste than their insipid Pukka counterpart. Use much less packaging too.

Clipper are my favourite herbal teas. They have much stronger and more enduring flavour than other brands (looking at you Pukka) and they don't faff around with bits of string.

Nettle tea has gone downhill. Even brewing the bag for an hour gives you nothing more than a cup of light brown tasteless water. It's been like this for the last few months. You have lost a life long customer.

Have bought organic clipper tea for years but last two boxes of tea bags taste of nothing at all. Not buying any more I like my tea to taste!

Fake marketing traah. Nothing biological, artificial junk.

So expensive and very bland. Even with two tea bags, still can't taste the tea. Just a rip off for weak tea

Awful. Expensive so called Earl Grey teabags, they don't even smell of bergamot, just weak black tea. Shocking. Waste of money and going in the bin and I'll be back to buying Twinnings....

Je ne sais pas si les compositions ont changé mais la qualité n'est plus du tout au rendez-vous. Ce n'est plus qu'une infusion d'eau chaude.

Very poor customer service don’t reply to emails sent, is that too much bother for them evidently so. Not even an acknowledgment.

Quality has dropped. Hardly worth drinking and not at all satisfying. M&S is currently a better choice. Had the same issue with Yorkshire Tea and the same evasion from customer services another reviewer got from Clipper. I think it's to do with Assam tea being expensive due to poor crops.

What has happened to Clipper tea?? It has always been my favourite, and now its tasteless. What have you done? I can see by reading the other reviews on this site that I am not the only one. Very sad - it was the one product I specifically shopped elsewhere for as my local supermarket didn't stock it.

These tea bags used to be my go to but the quality is so bad now they are lower grade than PG tips, will have to find an alternative, such a shame as they were delicious and used to buy in bulk, now I have three large packs that I have to get through, they taste of dishwater!
