Please do not buy. They do not even offer full refund. Trust Pilot should check fake reviews- unbelievable !

SCAM I ordered my sister a rose gold heart cubic zirconia ring I ordered this on 8th June I was tracking my item leaving mainland China then boarding a plane arriving in GB. I was then informed via my tracking reference number that I the recipient has rejected the parcel, which is totally untrue and find it unbelievable that you would even suggest this, then to add more insult tell me to be more understanding with waiting for the parcel and to contact the shipping company why should I have to do that, really from the 8th June 2025, it is now the 27th June. This is shocking I have paid for this item, my sister has not received her birthday gift. I will make sure anyone that goes to purchase off your website avoids it at all costs. You are scam artists, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely shocking!!!

The ring I ordered was: Vintage Silver Ring with Blue Crystal,had two smaller stones set into each side. The ring I received was a darker blue,with only one stone,definitely not what I ordered. Came from China

Don't trust company!!! They are a fraud. Not an old lady going out of business. It is Chinese company. But the worst is I never got the item. When I used the customer support, I just get the same AI response: once it leaves our facility call shipping company. After many days and calls I found the shipper was CJ Shipping. I received an email stating that they could not find the package and therefore it was lost and to request a refund. When I forwarded their response I get the same answer from Claire Jewelry: it is out of our hands call the shipper. It has been 60 days and I keep getting the same answer from Claire Jewelry. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT CHINESE COMPANY!!!!

If you believe in it and place orders, your credit card is required for payment. Your credit card information is automatically stored in an unknown Chinese place. The items you receive will be of poor quality. Watch out all online stores with flirting advertisement.

Total scam. My mum asked me to buy her jewellery on here because the products looked genuine but unfortunately the items are cheap looking. There is no way to return the items. They look like costume jewellery only worse. This website needs closing and taking to court for fraud
