I started buying myself a birthstone ring each month as a little ritual. It’s silly, maybe, but they make me feel celebrated. Each one is simple, shiny, and just for me.

I actually have not bought anything from this store. There are two other, at least, online "stores" that say they are closing. They all feature stylish, mature women, purporting to be the designer/manufacturer of their products. They actually are actors. The products are from China, take weeks to be delivered, and are not at all of the quality and materials that they claim to be. I bought two purses from "Karen's Bags" and they are crap. The procedure to return them was arduous. Notice that there are no product reviews at either of these sites. The third one is for women's clothing, if I remember correctly. The soft focus ads seem to be aimed to draw you in, but they are fake. Be warned.

The blue zirconia studs are absolutely perfect for everyday wear! The stones have incredible clarity and the silver settings are simple yet elegant. Posts and backs are secure without being difficult to use. What really stands out is Claire's craftsmanship - each detail is perfect. Great value during the retirement sale! Sad to see such talent retiring.

Don’t order from this website, you will be disappointed! The quality of the jewelry is very low, not handcrafted and not sterling or real gold. Not worth the money I spent. This company is out of China and the jewelry is cheap and not well made. It took almost a month to get my order. Just pass up this website.

I feel totally scammed. Ordered a bangle which only fits a five year old. The ring I ordered is the tackiest looking ring not at all as described. Once I had ordered the items then I discovered they were from China. I then contacted them requesting my money back but I would need to return them to China with tracking at my expense. I settled for the 10% refund if you don't return the items. I have just paid £40 for absolute rubbish. I won't fall for that again.

This is a Chinese operation that scams innocent folks. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, no matter how appealing the ad is. The jewelry I received was not what I ordered, it was cheap, far from handcrafted. After corresponding with the company, which wanted me to return the items to China at my expense, my credit card company was able to facilitate a refund. The jewelry went to a thrift store. The recent reviews about good experiences are most likely fraudulent.

Jewellery I purchased three pieces of jewellery approximately 3weeks ago which were just ok. I.purchazed three more items which I am really disappointed with. Also there are two more ladies retiring selling the same jewellery but cheaper. I have tried to email Claire several timed but each address has been declined. How do I contact her.

I receive a mediocre copy of the ring shown int the website, obviously nothing to do with handcrafted items. It’s fraudulent company, I asked to be refunded, will see. Don’t waist your money.

My mother and I bought the same pair of earrings/gold loops with diamonds! Both pairs will not open with the easy open closure. I have tried for 2 months to get some return/refund issue and have had "no" respond or refund info.

Had I realised they were a Chinese company, I would not have ordered. Having said that, the designs I received are very attractive but in my opinion, NOT silver, therefore not worth the price I paid. Lesson learned. If you want quality, go elsewhere Update I emailed the customer support to complain that the items weren't silver. They said I could return or keep the goods and get a 20% refund. I accepted to avoid the cost of return postage. Price reduction is a better reflection of worth if you consider the cost of costume jewellery on the high street

These good are overpriced tat. I'm sure the real Claire would be mortified to think that this garbage is being sent in her name.

I purchased Opal ear rings mounted in silver, The stones are not Opals, the only reason they flash colour is because they are faceted with what is probably imbedded metal flakes. You do not need to facet real opals to get fire, in fact the photos that I used to choose the items appear to be genuine opals and they are not faceted. I am doubting that the mounts are silver, they certainly don't look fine and delicate like the picture I used to choose the ear rings , all round very disapointed.

The vintage silver hoop earrings with detailed engraving are absolutely stunning! The pattern catches light beautifully and adds interest without being too flashy. Already ordered matching bracelet before everything sells out. Sad to see such talent retiring!
