Ordered earrings which took over 2 weeks to arrive, they promised sooner on their website. The earrings were not finished, very rough edges and other metal showing through. I was offered a 10% discount then a 15% discount on next purchase, as if, there is no returns label and they need shipping and tracking numbers Dreadfully company, don't deal with them

The jewelry is bubble gum machine trinkets. It's mass produced junk. And shame on you "trustpilot" for intermingling those fraudulent positive reviews in with the 99.9 % of the truthful "NEGATIVE" reviews, "Trustpilot...I don't think so! Those positive reviews were orchestrated or manipulated! There is no way someone wrote a positive review unprovoked, for the garbage coming from this website, no way! The website is totally AI regenerated! And Claire has a lot of sister's selling other fake products, coming from a Chinese Warehouse on the other side of the world. Shoppers beware! There are two main reasons to avoid buying from Claire's Jewelry. First, they are located in China/Hong Kong. There was no indication of this on the website. Second, the quality is TERRIBLE. I bought some "gold jewelry" and they turned on the first use. I know it was not gold, but I expected at least a week's wear out of it. I was very disappointed by the purchase and wasted almost $100 on junk. Also, it took a long time to get to us. Please avoid this company.
