Do Not order from this company!!!! I ordered 3 rings, all 3 they sent were incorrect. I emailed them and was told to send photos so that I could receive a refund. A replacement for the correct product was not offered. I sent the photos and was told that I would need to fill out “forms” that they would send me before anything could be done. I also would have to pay to return them! I quit trying. I will never again shop with any other small companies that are in China.It is not worth the money and the frustration.

DO NOT SHOP AT CLAIRE JEWELRY. It is False advertisement. It's cheap, fake jewelry pieces. They don't accept returns and don't have a legitimate number and address where to contact them.

I got scammed before I read reviews. One "custom" ring came with part of its plastic band sticking out. If I had tried it on I would have been cut. A necklace came broken. All of the pieces look like cheap costume jewelry.

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered 2 items on June 9th and its now July21. First, i get an email about giving an incorrect address which was not true, then tracking notes 2 attempts to deliver failed, again untrue. Contacted customer service by email told contact my postal office and the shipping carrier. First the shipping carrier is from China and where I live, there isn't any postal serice. The last 2 emails from them said the exact same thing indicating they are scripted and a human reading or answering them. I asked for refund and was denied. I will be contacting my credit card company. I wish I had read these reviews first because then I would have never ordered from them. Shame on me for believing the company was from US as listed only to find out everything comes from China. A bit difficult to make handcrafted jewelry from China. Complete scam!

Can I give it no stars! Total fake and scam. Ordered earrings with spring backs and totally unworkable this is all from China and is beyond crap jewelry! And if want to return they make it basically impossible with form after form and sending it back same way it came and make it seem like American company until you get it and need to return because it is pure garbage! I’m usually so careful but really fell for this one so I blame myself but hope to save others from this scam piece of crap company. Unfortunately, no other sites to even leave bad reviews on, but I’m going to search until I find some, can’t believe that they are even allowed to do business like this. Little old lady closing business is pure bullshit!

it is a obvious scam its like an ad for "James Andrews" bags after doing some research because the imagery looked ai like these do. turns out there are a bunch of these and its ali express junk, do not buy it is a scam

My cheaply-crafted necklace arrived broken. There was no available customer service that I could find. Now have to find some kind of glue to put the necklace back together.What a scam! These are not handmade pieces at all! I wondered how one woman could make so many pieces that she could sell to the public. It’s because she doesn’t exist. It’s all manufactured junk. Lesson learned! An AI scam.

the commercial is cheating, the store is not in US and it's in China, the Jewelry is not hand-carfted, it's crapy toy and worthless, i bought two peices and took almost a month to deliver, i was pissed off by the quality and ask for return, they don't want me to return and offer me 10% credit in future shopping, i insisted to return as the crap is completely garbage, they told me they has spend postage and deliver the stuff, if i return, i need to pay for the shipping, and the process is complicated, bluhbluhbluh, all in all, they don't want you to return, they raised their offer by 5% for a few time till 40% refund, i was so frustrated and didn't want the hussle of return, then i accepted their offer, i knew even though i only spent 60% they still make money and that's their strategy! please don't fall in their trap!

This company is very dishonest and what I received were 2 rings of poor quality. One piece was junk - I ordered a size 7 and it arrived as an adjustable ring, like out of a bubble gum machine, and the smallest it would adjust to is a size 8 or larger. The return policy on the website states: "If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact customer service for a return address. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. That all sounds good, but the reality is that they did not disclose, until I was emailing back and forth with them, that the returns have to be shipped to China! By the time I do that with insurance and paying for a return receipt, it will cost more than the two rings. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will be disputing this purchase through my credit card company.

Received order finally and was very disappointed with the quality also the one pair of earrings was supposed to be blue and they sent green. Trying to figure out how to send back and get refund of 126.00. They make you jump through hoops probably hoping you'll just give up. You have to send it to China $$$

Jewellery was beautiful I have sent for more. The ring I got was much admired even by strangers in a store. Quality substantial items. Really pleased I didn’t read reviews before I ordered and when I read them I didn’t expect much. From my point of view they couldn’t have been better

Ordered a vintage looking ring, took forever it seems with customs. Ring looks nothing like the picture, setting and stone are completely different. Won't be ordering anymore!

Cheap and nasty presentation. The earrings were clunky and were not the advertised opals.

POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The wrong item was sent to me twice. The first time they sent me the wrong ring they offered me the option of a 10% refund and I accepted it. I then ordered the ring I wanted again immediately and received the same wrong item AGAIN. I immediately contacted customer service. Even though it is their error I would have to make the substantial effort to do an international return at my own expense for a full refund. The best they offered me is a 20% refund. In addition, the vintage gold-tone jewelry is copper and gets the green patina very quickly. This also results in turning your finger green.

Buyer beware! I ordered a necklace in May and never received it. I was told that once it shipped, there was nothing they could do. When I checked tracking, it seemed to be stuck at customs having come from China! The jewelry is NOT hand made by anyone here in the States or anywhere else. This is a total scam and I'm out $35 because I wasn't more cautious. They will not refund your money. The glowing reviews that say the jewelry is well-crafted and high quality are absolute lies, written I'm sure by the company scammers. My daughter found the same necklace on Temu for $4. I'm livid.

Out of three rings one was just ok. The others look very cheap. Very disappointed.

Received my so called hand made items today. These items are no more than junk jewellery. They arrived in plastic bags. With what looked like Chinese labels and are probably worth pennies not the pounds I paid. I am so angry to be duped this way. Don’t fall for this scam like I did.
