I admit I didn't believe the products were made with true gold or unique gems, but I thought they were silver, less precious gems and handmades. I received the products, and they look like jewellery toys

Unfortunately I too fell for the scam. I spent quite a lot of money ordering what I thought was original unique pieces of quality handmade jewellery only to receive what I can only describe as poorly made plastic jewellery that you could receive in a lucky bag. I was totally duped. They stated that they have a 30 day return policy but I have sent them four emails and have not received a response. I think they are waiting for the time to expire to avoid giving me a refund. I am so disappointed because I thought this was reputable company. PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This company is fraudulent. I was foolish enough to purchase the jewelry without looking up reviews, of which ther are none on their site. The rings sent were "gas station" versions of the beautiful pieces on their website. The site says there is a 30 day return policy with no questions asked. They asked for pictures and refused to allow me to return them, but offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. That sure as blazes isn't going to happen! Two of the rings didn't even have full bands but rather a space at the bottom like a cheap adjustable size ring. This is simply a dishonest company.

FRAUDULENT RETAIL-SCAMMERS-BEWARE This entire site is a scam. The way they got me was by claiming that Claire was closing down for retirement and all the inventory was being sold at 15%-20% off. I browsed through the entire list and I found a beautiful Sterling Silver Ring that turned out to be COSTUME JUNK JEWELRY. I called my bank and it’s a total nightmare because the purchase was jewelry and they now think that I want to keep it and not pay for it. WTF?? There isn’t a number to contact the seller because they are in 🤬 Hong Kong, China and the number listed on their website is a bogus number. Please don’t buy anything from CLAIRE HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY the image of the silver haired American lady is a FAKE. I pray for China to get hit by a Shumani and wash away all of their dirty and filthy FACTORIES.

Unfortunately I ordered many products at the same time and I've been going through hell with them ever since. They don't send me the jewelry that they claim that they sent. They take forever to send the jewelry that you bought. Twice they sent me jewelry on a piece of cardboard that said fashion jewelry and was made from some kind of wire that looked like fishing wire. Now I'm having a battle with them because they sent me another one of their cardboard pieces of crap jewelry and will not pay me the money for it in full and they keep running me around for weeks. This last time I sent them a picture that they had said I should send to show them what I got and they had the audacity to send me an email saying well it looks like they're almost exactly the same so how about we give you 10% off to go towards your next purchase. The garbage that they sent me was white what I ordered was a blue necklace and earrings that were gold and made out of enamel. Please please please don't buy from them you will be making a serious financial mistake.
